In summary

Raymond C. Firestone Golf Course is highly praised for its well-maintained, challenging layout and friendly, accommodating staff, creating a welcoming atmosphere for golfers of all levels. The course is noted for its excellent condition and enjoyable playing experience, with amenities like good food and a comfortable clubhouse adding to its appeal. However, some visitors express concerns about increased pricing and occasional crowding, particularly due to the recent changes brought by Big Shots Golf, which have affected the accessibility and value for some long-time patrons.

Pulled up to play Topgolf, and saw this Wonderful course. No tee time ,but they accommodated us and we're on the tee in five minutes. What a terrific layout, and FAST greens. In the midst of a drought, great shape! Too bad I live so far away, or this would be my goto course Play it, you won't be disappointed!

Staff was nice, food was really good Beer was refreshing Clubs and balls weren't totally beat up yet. Service was great, but it wasn't busy so anything less than great would have been a disappointment. Will definitely come back again. Beer prices are a bit high and coupled with the cost to play it gets pricey. Spent about $40 with tip for a couple beers and hitting golf balls. Machine distance sensors weren't the best, but I guess thats ok unless you like gambling against your friends for the best scores.

Play here every week. Nice 9 hole course, beautiful condition, like a "mini Country Club". Love it and recommend.

The course layout and maintenance were fantastic. Everything from the fairways and greens to the carts and even the ball washers were well maintained and looked great. However we had a tee time but there was no starter and the place was crowded so we had to wait for 3 groups before we could start so the tee time meant nothing. There are only 9 holes so the place becomes crowded fast, and it's a little too expensive in my opinion. Having a starter and honoring the tee times would have made the day much better for us.

Atmosphere was awesome. Had the whole Top Golf vibe without the hassle of driving up to Cleveland. Couple negative things. If you are upstairs playing, especially all the way down, there are no restrooms. There is only one bathroom for what seemed to be the whole facility. The staff was friendly, but young and not to privy to service. And possibly at no fault to their own. Other than that, food was great, drinks were cold and the games were awesome.

It's one of my favorite places to play. The course is always in good shape and the staff is great. Must play Monday's are great. From open till 330 PM its only $15 for 9 and a cart. You can't get that price for a nicer course anywhere.

Great little course. Challenging without beating you up. In great shape. Friendly staff. The carts are in great shape too. Easy in, easy out. About 2 hours of very good golf at s reasonable price.

I have been playing at Firestone Public 9 for about three years. Great 9 hole course. Loved the fact that it was a sand based course, which ment it would be dry after a rain/snow. Big Shot's Golf is now open in place of the old driving range. Somehow the golf rates shot up for both walking and riding. Currently, end of November, but they are charging summer time 18 hole rates. Going forward it will interesting to see who can afford to play this course, or if it will go private. What do think about the current rates?
