The friendly and accommodating staff contribute to a welcoming atmosphere, complemented by excellent amenities such as a pro shop and a pleasant clubhouse. This courses is in amazing shape! Fun challenging course with plenty of challenging shots. Bunkers are in amazing shape as well if you like to find yourself there. Not an easy course for high handicap players but still playable. There are several island greens that you will need to make, most high handicap players won't make it but hey, take a drop, that one didn't count. Rough is well maintained, not quite tournament length but close. On the holes that look like you should lay up, lay up. If you're a long driver like myself you'll love it. The reachable par 4 over the water is super fun too.…

Breezy location, nice perks and a super Pro Shop. We played in shorts on Christmas Eve, just enjoying super nice weather. A little more breezy than other areas closer to the Front Range. For an extra fee, I tried and Elite Ping driver. As we came back to the last hole, just in front of the club house, it got a little tricky understanding where the green actually was located. Nice feature here, we received free bucket of Range balls to warm up. Excellent chipping and putting areas. Will be back. Over the top house decorated near Saddlebrook, really worthwhile.

Very nice course, with friendly employees. Nice layout with lots of variety, not the back and forth of flat boring fairways that some courses have. Plenty challenging, with a good mix of water, sand, and rough. Almost always see a bald eagle or two, along with hawks and gulls. Also, NO houses lining the fairways, it is a little bit of stand alone wilderness. You can't miss by playing here!

Course is very well maintained all year long. Employees are all friendly, prices are very reasonable. Nice bar/ eating area to relax in after the round. Course is a good mix of challenging and easier holes, enough trees, water and sand to keep it interesting every time. Great mountain views as well!

The fairways are beautiful, the greens roll great, and the views are so good they almost make you forget about your ball donations on 4. The layout is fun, a little challenging, but not the kind of course that ruins your day or your dignity. Great vibes, friendly staff, and plenty of opportunities to tell your buddies, “I usually don’t play like this.” Can’t wait to come back and!

We saw an article on the golf channel last weekend that spoke about the sustainability of the game. One of the essential concepts discussed was quality of experience at the course. We must say that the quality of Saddleback, the staff, and the whimsical emails we receive keep us coming back. We are happy to call Saddleback our home course!!

I've been golfing at Saddleback for several years (I drive up from Highlands Ranch) and I've been very pleased each & every time. The course is usually in very good shape, the course is a good challenge yet fair, the people are friendly, and the price/value is good. I'll continue to go!

I am a PGA life member and have been fortunate enough to play here three times in the last year including 5-11-26, and have been impressed every time! The layout is challenging and fair, the course conditions have always been great, and the greens roll true and fair. The staff is top-notch and accommodating! It has become one of my groups 'go to' courses, and one of my favorites! Thank you Rob for your continued hospitality!! Continued respect, Steve Samuels

This course is top-notch. The staff is super kind and friendly. The club house is spotless, the bathrooms are pristine, and the restaurant is just fantastic. The carts are always clean and well-maintained. The course is always nicely groomed. It's a great place to warm up for driving and putting. Now, I just need to work on my game.

If you’re in the Denver area and craving a golf day that’s equal parts challenging, scenic, and ridiculously welcoming, saddle up (pun intended) and head to Saddleback Golf Club in Firestone. It’s only about 35-45 minutes north, but it feels like you’ve escaped to a private prairie paradise with Front Range mountain views that’ll make your jaw drop. I rolled up on a perfect Colorado bluebird day, and from the first tee I was grinning like an idiot. The course (designed by local legend Andy Johnson back in 2001) is pure links-style prairie golf: wide, rolling fairways that forgive your occasion…

Beautiful course and a great location. The course is fun and has its difficulties to make it challenging. They have beer stops, but no one working them, and there is no cart girl, really makes you want to take your own drinks next time, even though you aren't supposed to. The bartender was not very pleasant either. She just needs a little better customer service skills, but knowing she is the only one serving drinks, so she could have been overwhelmed. All in all, the course was well kept, and the greens were fast, but the pace of play was SLOW. Most were nice about it, but we did wait at ever…
