In summary

Sally Creek Golf Club is frequently praised for its well-maintained and challenging 9-hole course, featuring beautiful scenery and a thoughtful layout that rewards strategic play. The staff is often highlighted for their friendliness and accommodating nature, and the on-site Brickhouse Brewery is a popular spot for post-round refreshments. However, some visitors have experienced issues with booking and course management, and there are occasional concerns about slow pace of play and the short length of the course.

Decent 9 hole track. Conditions were fairly decent, greens were a bit inconsistent with speeds. No need to hit driver on this course if you can hit it long. Simply keep your ball in play and you will score. Be sure to head to the Brickhouse Brewery after for a cold one and some great food!

Hidden gem. Extremely well maintained golf course with a great layout. Beautiful views. Very difficult golf course for a newer golfer because of the hazards. Would recommend to any serious golfer. 10/10.

This was the most unique course i've been on so far in my golfing journey. The scenery had me awe struck. The course layout was challenging and fun. I will definetly visit this course again.

One of the toughest courses in Oxford county, Well groomed fairways and greens with no lack of sand traps, For the beginner golfer bring lots of golf balls. A must to play for the avid golfer that wants a bit of a challenge, The only downside to me it's only 9 holes. Beautiful course in the fall with the leaves changing colour.

Booked a group of 10 players for 18 holes, and were asked to leave the premises after 9 holes because the Marshall could not find us booked on his “sheet” for our second 9. Have never been treated so disrespectfully by a golf course in over 55 years of golfing. Terrible customer service. Spoke to General Mgr the next day, and he told me Sally Creek wanted to “make it up to us for the way we were treated”, and now he won’t return my call! AVOID, UNLESS YOU ARE A MEMBER, then you’re in the clique and won’t be abused!

Great 9 hole course, not overly challenging except the water holes, but beautiful and in the heart of Woodstock.

We booked a 2:00 tee time for a threesome on a Monday. We arrived at 1:50 and checked in. There was no starter and the pro shop attendant told us we could head to the 1st tee whenever we were ready. We rolled a couple putts on the practice green and then headed down to the 1st tee. As we approached the tee, we could see a foursome on the tee and 3 twosomes waiting! Needless to say, the lack of a starter and the complete negligence of the so called marshal, resulted in a 2 hour and 45 minute round. It was very disappointing.

Everyone there is so kind, the greens are kept in great shape, and they try to be as flexible as possible for you. Awesome establishment, thank you for your years of great service and golfing!
