Scholl Canyon Golf Course is a short 18-hole with many Par 3 holes, totally Par 60. Course designs and conditions are fine, takes good advantage of limited land while not so challenging hence yet fun to play in for the Front 9. Golf course is in a good condition, but the amount of players on here is absolutely horrible. Every hole you are waiting 15 minutes to play. Staff in pro shop is super unfriendly. Definitely avoid if you can. 6 carts ahead of us

Horrible range Reconsider having membership here This range is unpredictable when it comes to opening. Whenever it rains the range will close for many days or a full week. Employees always say an excuse on how they can’t pick up “mud balls” but in reality they are just lazy to work. Tip: You must call before coming up or else you’ll be disappointed when you find the place closed on a perfect sunny day.

School Canyon Golf Course was the perfect spot for my first time golfing. The views of the los angeles sky line enhanced the views as we moved further along the holes.

I've only just started playing golf seriously in the past 6 months. A huge part of that has been thanks to Scholl Canyon GC. The pro shop staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. If it wasn't for the one conversation after Kathy had noticed that I was frequenting the range almost every weekend, to enroll in the Players Club, where for $49/month and $64/month, I could enjoy a medium or large bucket of range balls everyday. Had a great time here yesterday! Really challenging par 3/4 course with some serious elevation changes! You'd think 87 yard shots would be "easy" but hole placements were tough and sometimes you could barely see the flag! Well kept greens. The scenery and wildlife were awesome as well. Rental clubs were some of the nicest I've used before. Breakfast to start the day at the club cafe. Will def be back to play again.

Driving range * $14/medium bucket : Expensive compared with the other ranges * No tee setup available, need additional tool to practice a driver * No shade canopy, a golf cap recommended * Breathtaking views, though!!

18 holes has a lot of Short par 3 and very short par 4. No par 5. Narrow fairways and not very forgiving. Bring some balls that you wouldn’t mind getting lost. Especially for 13th hole. Steep walk to hole 12. Unless you are in a good shape, get the cart at least for back 9. Range mat does not have hole for rubber tee. Not ideal to practice your driver.

gorgeous area of the city and very reasonably priced. rating it more a reflection on the quality / length of the course. i hit gap wedge - 9 iron off the tee on 2/3 of the course. great spot to get a quick 18 in and work on the short game. will be back.

This guy has terrible customer service. They were an hour late on hour tee time and offered only a bottle of water as an apology. Also the course is in terrible shape. You basically tee off of the rough. Do not recommend this course to anyone who isn’t desperate to play.

Pros: Good value if you’re in the players club program. Great views. Short but challenging course. Cons: Pace of play (They badly need a ranger on the course during the weekends. What should be a sub 3 hour round often turns into a 4 or 5 hour round), Lack of range closure announcements (I’ve also been burned a half dozen times over the past year), Inconsistent snack shack hours (what course doesn’t have concessions at 2p on Sunday?)
