Shaker Farms Country Club

Shaker Farms Country Club is a great course with beautifully maintained fairways and smooth, well-kept greens that make every round enjoyable. The course is always in excellent condition, and it’s clear the grounds crew takes pride in keeping it top-notch. The layout is both fun and challenging, and the staff is welcoming and professional. Our wedding reception took place on 08/16/25, and unfortunately, the experience leading up to and including our wedding day was incredibly disappointing due to the lack of professionalism and organization from Nancy. Despite providing Nancy with a very detailed seating chart—including table numbers, number of seats, and where the larger tables were to be placed—everything upstairs was completely wrong on the day of our wedding. We rented the outside pavilion for our daughter’s graduation party. A wonderful evening, with gas fire pits, volleyball for the kids. Highly recommend renting.

I love the layout of the course. It is not an easy course to play. Definitely not a beginner course. Conditions are so so. Course was in better shape when there was an actual greens superintendent. Course has gone downhill the last 2 years. Tees are mostly dirt and the ones that had grass are in bad shape because it looks like they were never moved. Sand traps, if you call them that are more luck mud traps. Greens are the only saving grace for the course. They say on their website, proper attire required, no tee shirts, gym shorts or tank tops. Haven't played there in 20 years. Was told the course was upgraded, that course wasn't upgraded at all. Tee boxes were terrible. Teeing of in the rough in every hole. Greens were in good condition but hit into the rough, guaranteed you lose you your ball every time. Not a course to play at to improve your skills.

Went there for a surprise Birthday party.Wont go again. First the patio was supposed to be reserved for us, it wasn't. Then the food that was requested was forgot about so they said to order off the menu which we did. When the food came out parts were cold chicken strips were rock hard burgers over cooked. To top it off they only took venmo or cash for the party, which was not mentioned when the reservation was placed.

Reasonable drink prices, great patio area. Everyone's food was very good. Live music. First time dining here. Hidden gem. Will be back. Also visit the quaint bar on the 2nd floor

Nice golf course, I believe I was talking, paying the golf pro there. Nice gentleman. Definitely worth checking out, based on being close by, value priced and we live in thls beautiful valley. Get out there!

Went to the Wine Cellar for Friday night dinner. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was so relaxing and the fireplace topped it all off. Will definitely fo again!!!

Very well maintained course. Gets better with every visit. Played about 5 rounds there so far, and never had an issue course wise. Greens are very good, manicured perfectly. Staff is friendly. No issues, so far so good. Coworker brought me here, and we've been playing a round or 2 a week. 👍👍

Shaker farms club was an amazing place nancy the owner of this Beautiful ball room is a great person to speak with, her food her decorations everything i will definitely recommend anyone to book an event with Nancy and her beautiful elegent plc.
