The staff is frequently commended for their professionalism and friendliness, contributing to a world-class experience. Wow is all I can say. My first golf course in Banff and the views were breathtaking. Yes there's lots of blind shots. It's more geared towards target golf. Probably only need driver for 2-3 holes. But the views just make the round very enjoyable. Course is very well maintained too. Was the cheapest option among Banff Springs and Stewart Creek. Can't speak to those but at $150 and $35 for my wife to ride along. Was very worth it. Hope to come again!

Silver tip came highly recommended to me as a must play golf experience. It was by far my favorite course of the three courses that we played. The course was in immaculate condition, the views are amazing and the restaurant is great as well. 10/10 recommend

Very nice golf course, the view is spectacular and the condition of the course was awesome (except the badly beaten up tee box). Green ran fast and true. Definitely worth playing

The course is very nice and challenging, the view is stunning, all was in perfect condition. As a Swiss tourist, it was also fun to ride the cart bewteen the holes, I usually only use push cart. Everybody was kind and helpful, rented club were also in great condition, the practice on grass is also very nice, I definitely prefer this over a mat. Everything was just perfect, thank you !

We recently held our wedding at Silvertip and cannot rave about our experience more. It really is the most beautiful setting for a wedding and the support we received from the team was second to none. Tara is exceptional. She helped make our dream wedding a reality and took on the challenge of helping a new Mom put on the most fantastic wedding. When you work with professionals like the ones at Silvertip, you don't even need a planner and just a coordinator. The food was beautiful, the production came across as flawless and we got the 5 star experience we paid for. Wouldn't hesitate to recomme…

An absolute dream of a wedding venue. From first class service, to breathtaking views, Silvertip is an amazing venue for your big day. I am a Planner and I have had the pleasure of working at many venues and I really do place Silvertip among the elite. They tick all the boxes and will hold up the sky to make your day memorable.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Silvertip is a beautiful course with incredible mountain views — no question it’s a “bucket list” tourist golf destination in Canmore. The layout is scenic and challenging, and the staff were friendly and professional. That said, for the price of the green fees and beers, I’d likely choose a different course in the area next time. It’s a premium course with a premium price tag, and while the views are spectacular, overall value felt a bit off. Not sure if it’s typical, but our round took 5.5 hours starting at 12:30 PM — a really long day on the course. Also, was surprised to find t…

The absolute best golf course in the area. We played the Fairmont courts and this was an absolute better course. Greens were in better shape, fairways were well manicured. Yes, there was construction but it didn’t change our play or enjoyment of the course. This is the top course in the area.

We had both our ceremony and reception at Silvertip Resorts, and it was truly a spectacular venue. The location is beautiful, the food outstanding, and the staff excellent. From the start, the Event Coordinators, Tara and Marissa, were incredibly responsive and helpful during the planning process, and on the wedding day they were professional, calm, and organized. When the weather didn’t cooperate, the staff pivoted quickly and seamlessly to a lovely indoor ceremony space, which made all the difference. It was also clear how much experience the venue has in hosting weddings and events — the q…

We traveled as a group of 4 from Ontario to play Banff, Stewart Creek, Silvertip and Canmore. Silvertip was out favorite and was exceptional, we highly recommend it. The other courses lacked some verticality that Silvertip offered. A lot of elevation changes and crazy side hill lies along with tremendous views. Pro shop had some cool momentos like branded leather hardcovers, ball markers, etc. driving range balls could use an upgrade and the lack of a real practice area are the only drawbacks. We ranked each course and had Silvertip as the following. Service: 8.33, character: 10, fun:10, shot…

Got married at Silvertip at the end of November. The Silvertip staff was excellent, the food was delightful (and gluten free options were available for my celiac bride), and the venue itself was a perfect spot for our very special day! We and all of our guests greatly enjoyed the afternoon and evening at Silvertip and we will certainly be recommending Silvertip as a wedding venue. Excellent job on the renovations to the Pavilion by the way - all changes were very tasteful and really upgraded the space.
