In summary

Smithers Par 3 and RV is appreciated for its scenic location, spacious RV sites, and friendly staff, with many guests enjoying the peaceful setting and abundant wildlife. The park offers full hookups and is considered a good value for the price. However, some visitors have noted issues with site maintenance, noise from the nearby highway, and the golf course's condition, which some feel has declined over time.

I live here and its an amazing place! The landlord is very nice too and takes care of the park. Would definitely recommend to those who need a quality park for their rv this summer!

Pretty good access right off of the main road. If you have a smaller/narrower RV then fine but for any 36 ft or larger RV with slides the spaces are to narrow. They have plenty of room, but have railroad ties to delineate the parking lots and if they moved them out 2 feet all would be good. Good cellular internet service in the park.

After 3 nights, we cut our stay short. Besides the RV Park being messy and resembling an auto-wreckers, couples arguing and fighting all hours of the day and night (and cops being called to break up the fight) and dogs barking for 3-4 hours straight in the middle of the night, the only good thing I can say about this RV Park is it’s near the river, and does have full services. Would not recommend, unless you’re a fan of Jerry Springer.

Golf course is now closed. Lots of camping spots available instead. park your RV, Full hook-ups and easy access on the East end of Smithers. The course is a little rough due to some flooding issues from the near by Bulkley river but still enjoyable.

Quite a simple site, but for the price, it had others we have paid nearly twice as much beat! We had a spacious site, with our own tree and a nice view of a golf course.

I got a non-service site next to the river. Amazing view of Hudson Bay mountain. Saw deer and geese. Very quiet. Was totally refreshed in the morning.

The sites are a nice size with lots of trees and shade between each one. You are right beside the highway so there is alot of noise.
