They have the greatest little club house with thee best food ever and the employee's are the nicest and the sweetest bunch of gals around not to mention how reasonable prices at Sugar valley lake in Mound City Kansas. Thanks.

If you're looking for a nice getaway place in the woods, this is it! Nothing fancy but a fun, friendly and inexpensive place to get away from it all. Beautiful golf course, fishing, boating and swimming. Very affordable HOA and property taxes. ATVs allowed on roads only (nominal permit fee) no offroading. We love it here!

Embarrassing golf course. No greens and temporary flags in front of all greens. A beautiful golf course for over 30 years is now a joke. Don't waste time golfing here go to linn valley golf course. It is a challenging 18 hole layout with beautiful greens. Atleast the food was good at sugar valley club house.

Skylar & crew are replacing 100 water sprinkler heads. Fairways are looking better! The greens were seeded a couple of weeks ago & they are hoping they grow nice & green. Keep ur fingers crossed ⛳️⛳️🏌️‍♂️🏌️‍♂️

Love being here with my family and friends. Lake life is my happy place. Edited to add: I am referring to Sugar Valley Lake in Mound City, Kansas. We still love being at the lake and making memories with our friends and family, BUT there are many on-going issues that NEED to be addressed and a remedy found. Management needs to step up and show up and put some effort in to making the place great for everyone, and stop ignoring the complaints & problems & stop sweeping them under the rug. It’s a small quiet area around a few lakes. I have camped here a few times. I haven’t experienced any negative neighbors or residents while here.

Awesome lake to get away from all the BS and relax.

Roads could be graded more. It'd be nice if it were closed in. But it's ok. I haven't moved there yet just bought land some months ago.
