In summary

Osawatomie Golf Course is appreciated for its friendly staff, well-maintained greens, and affordable pricing, offering a pleasant small-town atmosphere with scenic views and challenging holes. The course is noted for its good condition, with recent improvements enhancing its appeal. Helped with our Franklin County Optimist Golf Tournament. Great staff to work with. Was another successful tournament, raising money for the youth of Franklin County .

Course is fine but be ready for a long day. It's full of beginners who have no etiquette and won't let you play through. Terrible time of play. 6 hrs for 18 is unacceptable. Time to put the Marshall to work.

Greens were pretty in good shape, but they cut the pins in the worst locations. The fairway and ruff were like playing off concrete. There was hardly a good fairway and the ruff was bare and had to play off the hardest dirt ever. I would not recommend this course.

Good price, greens are in great condition. Friendly staff. Fairways 4/5 stars. Good course, pace of play was about a 4 hr round, so not too busy. Always a pleasure to play here.

Tee boxes are absolute trash! Like it's hard to find a spot that's level and not full of divots on some of them. Greens are decent. Fairly open course. Cart paths need redone on a couple sections. A little expensive for what it is...

Great course. Some really nice views and challenging holes. No bunkers of any kind on the course which is a bummer, but there are a few large ponds mixed in so its a fair trade. I also thought a lot of the holes were rather straight, not that its a bad thing, but there was just too many. Price is fair though. We did have a cart die on us, and the other had some issues starting at times as well. Practice green had no holes cut for us to practice on but that may be because of COVID.

Greens keeper needs to be commended, for the budget he has to deal with he has done a fantastic job. The greens , though extremely small by today's standards are in excellent shape. I would stop mowing all the rough. Spend that time and man hours fixing all the smaller projects. That to tell you the truth , club volunteers should be doing...

Beautiful landscaping and lake with picnic areas interspersed throughout. The staff are friendly and the clubhouse is a nice place to pop in for a quick snack or meal. The menu is limited, but that could be a bonus for those who find it hard to make choices.
