We had a wonderful stay at Suncadia Resort. When we arrived yesterday, the receptionist Snoopy gave us such a warm welcome and incredible service. We told him that we were planning a romantic weekend, and he went above and beyond to help us. He recommended a beautiful room with an amazing view and made a very kind offer for us. The room was exactly what we wanted — cozy, beautiful, with a lovely cabin atmosphere and access to the pool. Everything felt perfect for a romantic getaway. We are very grateful to Snoopy for making our stay so special. His hospitality truly made a difference. High…

It is close enough to the freeway and major cities to be a manageable weekend trip, but far enough away to feel like you are remote. The scenery alone transports you into serenity ans relaxation. Hotel staff are friendly ans welcoming. The gym is not in the main hotel so is a bit of a jaunt during the cold mornings. We were a large group and the conference rooms were appropriate for our purposes. Overall, I would recommend Suncadia.

I convinced my family to rent rooms for the weekend after Thanksgiving and I must say I was a tad disappointed. Content for the most part but not blown away like I was the first time I visited. Our room was great, clean, well maintained, awesome view, etc... HIGHLY recommend spending a little extra and staying in a penthouse suite. The pool is amazing, specially when you go at night (nicely lit). We got lucky with some snowfall while in the pool (heated) and it was an awesome experience. Here is why I dropped a star this time, 1.The lobby was filthy, empty drinks on every table and trash all…

We recently stayed at Suncadia Resort in the River View Bedroom Suite. The room itself was beautiful, comfortable, and relaxing, and the customer service from the staff was genuinely excellent throughout our stay. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional. However, we were disappointed by the misleading information regarding EV charging. Before booking, we specifically called ahead to confirm charging availability and spoke with an AI system that stated there were 10+ chargers available. Since charging convenience was a major reason we chose this resort for our trip,…

I got to stay here for free at a work conference. Nice place, but tbh I've lived in the PNW my whole life, and the hiking trails, theming and other stuff doesn't appeal to me as much as it would if I was from Texas or Montanah or omething. I met a family from Hawaii who was having fun talking about how cold it is. I'm used to it haha. Food at the restaurant was good, but I'm not much of a fancy food guy. I ate the Sasquatch burger, mountaineer sandwich and lobster Mac and cheese. All good. Nothing bland. The room I was given was an upgraded suite and wow it was big and had a full kitchen and…

Stayed here for our honeymoon - Overall, it was a beautiful place. Great views, walking trails....decent food at the restaurants. Our only disappointment came with 'room service' breakfast. Thought we'd treat ourselves given the occasion and we were pretty disappointed. Food was delivered as though it were an Uber Eats order. Paper bag, plastic containers & utensils, and it was just 'okay.' Came out to around $90+ and mind you we got a basic breakfast (Eggs, potatoes, toast, OJ). I recommend everything else, just not the room service!

The room and location is definitely beautiful, but I feel scammed staying here. We opted for the “Bed and Breakfast Package” DO NOT CHOOSE THIS. It claims to offer $40 a day which we assumed would cover the cost of breakfast. For 2 breakfast plates with one coffee and one tea each morning (the same tea that is free in the room is $5 at breakfast) it came to over $125! We will not stay again because of this feeling. Highly recommend eating in the nearby town Roslyn, which had great options.

The front desk staff were so helpful in surprising my parents for Christmas this year!My husband and i wanted to surprise them and put a Christmas tree in their room before they checked in with all of the gifts under it but didnt know if we would be able to get into the room early. When we got to the lodge the bell staff (Jacob) was very helpful and understanding in what our wants were with a large Christmas tree box and presents. The front desk was able to get us into the room early just to set up the tree and Once my parents got to the room and checked in they were very impressed with the ne…

Issues: - Broken hot tub - Broken shower - Made service never came when requested - Children in public hot tubs - Dog doo left unchanged In private patio and on side walks - The biggest issue we faced was that our hot tub did not work. I intentionally booked a room with a private hot tub after realizing there would be a lot of kids around (we are an adult couple), thinking that we would just cook most of our own food and some adventures and then hang in the room and use our private hot tub. But when we arrived the hot tub was empty. The next day, we were informed it needed a part and was not…

Let's Break this Baby Down: Pros: 1) Dog-friendly 2) Chocolate Martinis 3) Servers and Restaurant Service (top notch) 4) Rooms were pretty great on like a Americanized English Patient Economy Way Cons: 1) The hot tub gave me a UTI. I got it on my birthday instead of nookie and it took 10 days of medical treatment to expunge. I reported it to the health dept and they just repeated what the hotel told them about pH balance and sanitary levels. I spent three hours in a tub without a staffer taking levels. In Palm Springs, it is on the clock hourly. 2) in the snow tubing area, which was vas…

Great spot to enjoy the winter meltdown . Especially thanks to the pools , outdoor pools is warm and gigantic, Indoor pool is nice and clean. Not a lot of choices for food but they were enjoyable nonetheless . Bed were definitely too soft and the ac could not be stopped and gave us all a stuffy nose in the morning . But overall, we had a great time
