The staff members employed by Repca fall short of expectations with regard to professionalism. I find the employees here to be inadequately trained. Regrettably, their communication style and vocabulary usage lack sophistication and refinement. Consequently, this experience has prompted my family to reconsider our residency, and I would advise prospective buyers to exercise caution when considering purchasing a home in this neighborhood. I would strongly advise against purchasing a home in this neighborhood.

The staff is horribly unprofessional. The lack of professionalism is astounding. As a homeowner we deserve better. Our dues fund this HOA we deserve to be treated with courtesy when interacting with HOA representatives.

Repca will make you feel like you're living on an actual plantation. As if life isn't hard enough. Repca finds a way to make it harder. It's even hard to use the amenities you pay for. Letters with formalities are written in a method to scare and intimidate you as if you'd been warned before. Yes we are required to review the HOA expectations but sometimes you overlook something or need something explained for a more clear understanding. Repca doesn't do that. Keisha who answers the phone is far from personable and doesn't know what professional is & Vida I literally have no words. She literal…

Have never lived in a homeowner's association before so I have no reference point but I can appreciate that try to keep the neighborhood looking good. The neighbors they hired to do the drive around I think knit pick and they should look in their own backyard before they start pointing fingers. Feels like there's a little bit of a vendetta going on it's always the same people in trouble over and over again. I will never purchase in a homeowner's association again and will be putting my home up for sale this year. I'm looking forward to getting out.

I have been picked on for several years by the home owners and am sick and tired of it. I have been discriminated because of my last name and also the fact that I am married to a white person. Most of the people works for REPCA don’t care. I have been held to a standard that no one else been accounted for. I raised my concern to the office four years ago and then have been after me ever since. I have several proof of them being inconsistent and looking for legal advice to what I can do. Until then I am being victimized consistently. If anybody out there feeling like me please let me know so th…

I am a contractor for the military which takes me out of state for wk days. I was fined for $1,000 for having weed plants mixed in w lawn. Wasnt aware of this due to this is our first HOA. I need them to waive this large fine until I make it back to the state to handle this matter. I'm probably goin to be forced to reach out to Georgia Secretary of Estates to resolve this matter

They suck. On a real power trip. They are very invasive and refuse to work with the homeowners they claim to represent.
