The Landings Golf Course & Teaching Centre is praised for its well-maintained executive-style course, which features a mix of par 3s and shorter par 4s, making it ideal for both beginners and experienced golfers. The staff are frequently highlighted for their friendliness and helpfulness, and the amenities, including a driving range and teaching facilities, are well-regarded. I don’t know what kind of magical turf potion they’re using at The Landings in Kingston, but I swear the fairways are smoother than my kitchen table and the greens roll like they’ve been ironed by angels. It’s a beautiful course, which unfortunately made my tragic slice look even worse. Every tee shot felt like a well-intentioned letter sent to the wrong address. And yet, I loved every second of it. The staff are honestly some of the kindest humans around, warm, funny, and clearly used to gently nodding at people like me who ask if a mulligan counts on every hole. The pros clearly know what th…

Course is in great shape. It is in my mind an Executive course as it is short with lots of par 3's, even if many of them are a little tricky. Lunch was excellent and drinks were a fair price.

Great Course with a Relaxed Vibe! The Landings is a beautifully maintained course that’s perfect for both new and experienced golfers. The layout is fun and challenging without being too difficult, and the greens are always in great shape. The staff are friendly, the atmosphere is laid-back, and the pace of play is smooth and efficient. The driving range and teaching facilities are excellent for anyone looking to improve their game. One of the best spots to play a quick 9 or a full 18 in Kingston—highly recommend!

Great local executive course right in the city! Great course to learn on and enough challenging shots to keep everyone interested. Driving range and teaching facility are also great for beginner golfers.

Update your website hours, I drove 40 minutes to arrive at your driving range at 7:40 pm only to be to old it’s closed. The website says closes at 9:00 pm. Do better.

Loved the course here. The first time I've played 9 holes with the same ball! The fairways are beautifully kept and the greens ran fast so be careful! We played the front 9. A mix of par 3 and 4s. With some sand just to keep things interesting. A challenging course for novices and experienced golfers.

This is a great course for beginners and experienced golfers alike. The course is an executive course with a higher number of par 3 holes and shorter par 4 holes. It does have a couple of longer par 4s, specifically 8 and 12, but most are in the 300 yard range. A couple of the longer par 3 holes can be a challenge; hole 2 has a small elevated green and hole 15 has a very sloped green. The course always in great shape, especially the greens. They roll really nicely and are speedier than you would expect for a course of this type. The layout is straightforward; the land is flat, but there are bu…

The staff there are very friendly and helpful. The course... it's not great. It's very small, and very flat, with almost no trees or water anywhere. Being so open and near to the lake means there are strong winds that are both beneficial and also a problem. Winds are obviously bad for golf, but the course is so flat, open, and treeless that the wind is a welcome relief from the heat. There is basically no shade to be found on this course. At a guess I would say the Landings was probably created by converting farmers fields into a golf course. It's biggest selling point is that it is very conve…

I've always had a very fun experience at this course, ive never had any issues in the past couple of years that ive played here in fact this course is my go to course, even today i had an overall fun experience with my dad and the 2 strangers that we played with, towards the end of our 9 holes a staff member told us to pick up the pace in finishing up, in all my years and my fathers years of golf has that never occured, not to mention it was on the seventh hole that we were told and we completed the following two holes in the span of 20 min, i find that is very unfair to beginner golfers and f…

Great spot to pop in for a quick round of golf. Nicely manicured and maintained. Driving range in on grass so you get a natural tee off. Also has nice view of the lake. Never too busy to get a round in here.
