In summary

The Links at Firestone Farms is widely praised for its beautiful layout, well-maintained fairways, and picturesque setting, making it a favorite among golfers in the area. The course features modern amenities like GPS-equipped carts and is noted for its challenging yet enjoyable play. However, some visitors have experienced slow pace of play and noted issues with course maintenance, such as ball marks on greens and occasional delays in addressing hazards like bee nests.

What a beautiful golf course with friendly staff and fellow golfers. The GPS electric golf carts are state of the art. It's nice to have actual yardage from where your ball lies. There's way too many good things to mention! Very affordable price point for such a well maintained course. We had a blast!

This could be my favorite course i have ever played. I booked us a guys golf trip for fun. I found this course randomly because it was halfway for all of us. I could not be more pleased with my choice. Perfectly groomed fairways, beautifully manicured greens. The best part was it was true links golf with ball rollout and beautiful sites, and of course challenging but playable shots on almost every shot. If you're wanting to try a new course choose this one. I wasn't disappointed you won't be either.

I’ve been wanting to play Firestone Farms again for the past two years. The course is so popular it can be a challenge to get a tee time you want. I was able to get an early morning weekday time and enjoyed it completely. The layout and variety of holes are as good as any public course in the area. There are 5 sets of tees to challenge all different playing levels. I played the white tees listed at just over 6000 yards, but the course definitely played shorter than that as it was hard and fast (not burned out like many other courses) in the fairways due to lack of rain the past several weeks.…

Had the first tee time. Got delayed due to frost. Our foursome finished 18 hole is 3.5 hours. Challenging course. Well maintained course. Lost of nice views. Make sure you hit the fairways or it will be a long day. Cant wait to go back and play next summer.

The nicest course in the area. Period. Carts have the hi tech gps and gives tips ect. Love not having to pull the range finder out. Back 9, wow….very difficult and challenging. Great layout, and views. Course was in incredible shape for early October. Staff was great as well. I wish I would have checked this out earlier in the season! Great price too for fall, if you can get here before the season ends, I highly recommend this course.

Awesome course. One of the best municipal courses in the area. Challenging, but rewarding if you play your shots well. Fairways are in good condition for August and the greens played true. The new carts have the most comfortable seats I’ve ever experienced during a round. Highly recommend a round here.

The course is nice and a good value but I was disappointed with the how the course handled a bees nest on the course. I got stung by several bees today from an underground nest that was on the course and when I informed the pro shop they said they had been informed about the nest the day before and had done nothing about it. I am luckily not allergic but the neglect and lack of concern they showed for the bees nest was very disappointing

Enjoyed the day on the course. Condition was very good. Play was awfully slow and saw no ranger out to correct that situation.

Really nice greens that held. Pace of play wasn’t good, had a twosome cut in front of us going to ten. They still had to wait on every hole. Course should’ve had a starter to make sure that didn’t happen. Still I would play again

Great course. Always in good shape. Highly suggest making the drive up from the Pittsburgh area if you’re thinking about it.

Always in great shape and always well run. A few holes were cart path only due to the rain...which made club selection difficult not having the GPS right there (how spoiled have we become?).
