Friendly and nice people work here. Maintenance fixes any issues within 24 hours. Pet friendly and great affordability! But I have had some issues with neighbors overstepping and almost bullying me. Not much privacy due to boundary issues. Anyone, including my mother and father, have been asked who they are and how they know me by a few of my building neighbors. That’s stalking. I have a right to have company. I quit opening my blinds or using my patio. Too creepy seeing people seriously looking in your blinds as you watch tv.

Can’t afford to move yet but I am eagerly awaiting that time in my life. The maintenance sucks here, the appliances suck, the management sucks, half of my apartment is a different shade because whoever they hired didn’t care, when I worked on third shift they hired roofers that kept me awake during the day for 2 weeks, they tow your car if you don’t keep your tags up to date and actively look for vehicles with expired tags (scummy as hell) and what’s finally leading me to leave this review is that I got a notice that all the water will be shut off today, October 13th 2025. I called the office…

It’s affordable and the pool is nice. The apartment itself was just kinda gross. Carpet was damaged when we moved in. The building I lived in was infested with roaches, we saw them everyday. It has a strange smell. Could have been worse. My biggest issue with this place was the roaches. Me and my room mate pulled the oven back and they did a pretty bad job redoing the floors in the kitchen. If you are considering moving to the links, I recommend checking behind the fridge because there was a hole in the wall behind mine and it seems like that’s where the nest is. I just want to say that I live…

The neighbors are quiet and honest. The scenery is a good fabrication of country living. Overall nice place to live. My favorite thing about my apartment is a personal washer and dryer.

Don’t ever move here! Here’s pictures of my garbage disposal not working. Not biggie. But I put a maintenance request in during the morning time….late afternoon came around. I called and they said they have a long list to and don’t know when they can get to me but it won’t be today. Maybe tomorrow. Had to cook dinner for my family with messed up sink for 2 nights like this. I thought garbage disposals were consider emergency since they have to do with plumbing. I guess they don’t care. But they sure will charge you a 188$ every months for water based off how many people live in the house.…

Appliances are all out of date from what seems to be the 80s and 90s so expect a high light bill for there is no energy savers here. For what the apartments try to be you'd think they could afford to update these items especially when they will not let you get your own...also, be prepared to pay at least a extra $100 on the rent. They are partnered with YES Energy Management and they charge you extra for water and waste water, so all that water hitting that golf course, you pay for that. Everytime they empty a refill the pool, you pay for that..not to mention the $10 a day late fees...if you'r…

I recently had a short window to move. I put the desired move in date on my application. I asked for a 2 bed downstairs and they said yes we have that, so I filled out my application. After waiting a couple of days to check on my application Kent said it had not been ran yet it was just sitting there, when he ran my app it passed but he already gave my 2 bed downstairs apartment to someone else. I was upset but respectful. I was getting low on time to move so I took an upstairs and paid my 300 deposit. I told them I must move on thus certain date. They kept putting me off, putting me off then…

Fortunately, l read the reviews on this place before moving in. I cancelled my request for an apartment and they DO keep your $300 deposit and will not refund it! So those other “reviews “ claiming that they don’t keep your deposit are completely false. Thankful l avoided this dump.

This place is TERRIBLE but better than a lot of the options in the area. The staff is so disrespectful of your space. The maintenance men are creeps who lurk and stare and I certainly don’t feel comfortable having them fix things. They got black goo all over my floors changing an air filter and the front desk told me that I should expect to have to clean up after they work in my apartment. So embarrassing to tell people you live here. Everyone knows it’s gross but the pictures look decent. They definitely don’t keep the grounds either.

I fill out the application and gave the. $300.00 deposit. They quoted me to have a place next month. That did not happen! They dragged their feet for two months and did not give me updates on when my apartment was ready. When I called a young woman gave my such attitude on why am I calling. “Well you have $300.00 and you promised me and apartment”. I had to call every month for an update! Poor customer service! Then after a couple of months, a gentleman called me forcing me to take an apartment $100.00 more then what was promised. I was told to put my unrefundable deposit on a unit that was u…

I see a lot of bad reviews on this place and I feel like the odd man out. My boyfriend and I have nothing but wonderful things to say. The management team has been helpful, sweet and very understand as my boyfriend and I moved into the apartment. The management team has been passionate about getting us into our apartment and putting up with me calling and asking about the apartments status. They even moved us into an apartment that was cleaned 2 days prior to the original apartment. The appliances are outdated, but they work and upon walking in the first time it was clean and well taken care…

We rented a furnished apartment here because of a job relocation. From my first phone call asking for information, through the application process, up until our last day, the entire experience was perfect and could not have been more pleasant. The entire staff is courteous, kind and very helpful. They treated us like long lost friends or family and went above and beyond our expectations. The apartment was clean and nicely furnished and had literally everything we needed. We walked in with only our clothes and found everything in the apartment that we needed. It was cleaned for us weekly with g…
