Came down and stayed for the Oregon state snowmobile convention. We were stoked at how great the resort was. Rooms were great, staff is very nice. We have a 1 year old who loved the wading pool, it was perfect for him to walk around in.

We went in January so it was cold and not the ideal time. So i understand it would probably be better in the summer. That being said I mean the golf course was decent and my wife enjoyed getting her nails done. But we spent quite a bit of money on everything for an ok place in Klamath falls.

Spa: great experience. My wife has a lavender allergy, so when I booked the mani pedi for my wife I told the staff of this allergy. The staff did their best not to use lavender for the entire day. Golf Course: a nice course. Good chance of seeing deer on the course. Nice risk to reward course. This area had great hiking paths, was close to several waterfall hikes, crater lake south entrance and a good town close by.

Loved this place. Lots to do on the property. Rooms were great and clean. Kids used the pool a lot. The grounds are well maintained. Loved having the grill on the balcony. We had an amazing view of the water and gold course from our balcony. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here. We will be back.

So so so disappointed in the Running Y!!!! I have been to many many large catered events over the years and have never been as disappointed as I was last night at our convention dinner event. Our clubs have a contract for the venue for up to 300 people. Staff provided table seating for 252 with a confirmed one week ahead of time attendance number of 277. Staff mixed up the dates and had the dinner event scheduled for Friday night and not Saturday like the contract states and all verbal, and written correspondence leading up to the event. This mixup was found out late Wednesday evening by a ven…

A beautiful place with a lovely room and gorgeous views. Friendly staff. Christmas decorations in the front lobby are amazing! Skating rink is a quick walk away as is a very nice swimming pool and a fitness centre.

This place is okay, they badly need better lighting. The pathways and roadways are hazardous to pedestrians when walking at night. The spa was broken and had tons of kids in the pool/spa. Which children should be over 16 if they are in the spa. Simple thing like a rip in the carpet, shower curtain was ripped out of the wall, the place is in need of some serious updates. Leaves a lot to be desired.

A beautiful place in nature to have a vacation, enjoyed seeing deer all over the property. The only complaint was a few rude service workers during a catering event on site. They could have handled the situation with understanding and politeness instead of lashing out at a few of the paying customers being catered to. Other than that, the people working in the hotel and at the sports center were really kind and very polite. I'd be willing to return. 😊

We're in the timeshare side. Our two bedroom unit is very nice with a full kitchen and washer\ dryer. The timeshare staff are very nice helpful and informative. We dined at the resort's restaurant, the Ruddy Duck, dinner and breakfast which were pretty good. The sports center fitness room is well-equipped and indoor pool area includes a kiddy pool, Jacuzzi and sauna, all are very nice. Deer appeared at dawn and dusk. Played 18 holes of mini golf which was fun and challenging (only lost one ball in the reeds); surprised it took almost 2 hours for4 of us to play. Fun vacation destination, not to…

Went to dinner here for New Year’s Eve. We sat at the table for 10 minutes with zero service once we got our food. The only thing that was good was our salads. The two entrées can be described as hospital food with no flavor my partner didn’t eat any of it, the server came and asked if there is anything wrong she mentioned she didn’t like the entrée. And didn’t eat it. I didn’t even take it off the bill. Find a better place, not good.

we arrived around 6 pm and all looked very nice. The dinner was good a little pricey on drinks. We were excited to get to our room for a cozy evening to watch a movie and drink some warm tea. There was no tea on the room only coffee. Then the TV was very minimal in selections. No Netflix no prime nothing on regular tv. The changer was lame. I called front desk which the guy had no answer for me except well we don’t have much available.
