Great quiet place for getting away from the city. Just wish it had a bigger lake. Hanby doesn't lend itself for much more than fishing. I have a paddle boat I would like to bring with me. Does anyone what other lakes we might have access to?

I've lived/owned here 11 years. I like it very much. Occasionally I might have a complaint but at least I feel like if I write a letter to the association and the board it will be taken into consideration. Also the association does communicate well with the homeowners when important stuff is going on that we all need to be aware of or communicating back & forth about. The physical place is small compared to others, ungated, there is no security, and all the lots are not sold out which makes the houses feel more spaced out. But I like these facts.
