In summary

Timber Ridge Golf Club is appreciated for its scenic setting, friendly staff, and enjoyable course layout, with some visitors highlighting its challenging holes and well-maintained clubhouse. However, there are consistent concerns about the condition of the greens and overall course maintenance, with some players finding the course layout confusing and the pace of play slow. While the club offers a variety of amenities and events that are well-received, the pricing relative to course condition has been a point of contention for several guests.

A nice sized course tucked away just outside of Bluffton. This course has a nice clubhouse and scenic front and back courses. Watch out for the ponds! The winding cart paths make it a fun adventure to drive around. I was here for a fundraiser golf outing and had a blast.

Stat was friendly but this course is in awful shape. They said they are doing upgrades but that’s been going on for over 2 years. Who wants to pay what they are asking for greens like this. See photo. At least get the pond scum out and make it look like you are trying. They hadn’t even mowed in who knows how long. I was disappointed

Course continues to go down hill. Been using local golf passport to play the course for last 5 years. Even with the discounted rate, its not worth the cost. I can handle no grass on tee boxes but, large bare spots on the greens make it unplayable. There are too many well kept courses in the area to waste the money on this course. I've played on courses with goat pastures in the middle of fairways that have better greens.

Bruce always treats you great. With rerouting holes and revamping the course the past few years, He has been doing a good job with it. A little shorter course but some of the holes are challenging. Thanks for always having great customer service Bruce.

The staff is always kind and courteous, but this course is in very rough shape. Especially for the price they are charging to play. You can’t get any kind of true roll on the greens because they are so patchy. You would be much better off going to play at Cross Creek or Wabash Valley if you want to play a course in the area. Wabash Valley is in 10 times better shape and you can play 18 with a cart for $25.

The course re-numbered their hole layout and holes are marked very good at all. The electric cart we used needed maintenance done to it such as the parking brake would not lock and passenger side bag strap was completely missing, had to use the strap from golf bag to secure the bag. The tee boxes were so dry broke several tees just trying to get them in the ground. Otherwise we had a fun time and enjoyed the fellowship.

Wonderful meal for a wedding reception. Was not Keto, but was a special event so that's okay. Prime rib was perfect, salad, potatoes, and all hor'dourves were top notch.

Enjoyable afternoon! My wife and I had a very enjoyable round this afternoon at Timber Ridge Golf Course. Overall the course is in good condition and the greens especially. We are visiting in the area and found the owner, Bruce, and the local “regulars” to be very friendly and welcoming. Definitely worth a visit.

I've been to Timber Ridge during a crazy dry spell and after a lot of rain. Always in good shape. Staff is always friendly. I gave it 4 out of 5 only because I think the staff needs to be more proactive when dealing with slower groups. It has happened a few times this summer, most recently last Sunday. Two 4-some's (I'm guessing from Ft. Wayne...) had the entire course backed up for hours.
