In summary

Twin Lakes Country Club is appreciated for its affordability, friendly staff, and overall good course conditions, with recent improvements to cart paths and greens noted by some visitors. The venue is also praised for hosting events, offering a scenic setting with a lake view. However, there are criticisms regarding slow pace of play, course maintenance issues, and limited staff assistance, which can affect the golfing experience for some.

This is a short 18 hole municipal golf course located just 10 minutes off of the Interstate. It is still sometimes referred to as "Twin Lakes" as well as The Vivian Johnson in some circles. Yes, this former Country Club is in good condition. I was pleasantly surprised though because the cart paths were redone. The smooth pavement around the tee boxes and putting greens were a great touch. Believe and know the flag sticks are where the balls roll nicely. And the price for the privilege with a golf cart to play or compete against "old man par" was a mere twenty-five dollars on the weekend. Imagi…

They’ve done a lot of work to the course it’s looking good. And if you like being stuck behind groups of 6 and 8 people that think they own the course then Dillon is for you. Not sure about anyone else but I don’t like a 6 or 7 hour round of golf.

They had a league starting at 10:30, I got there at 9:30 and was allowed to play 9 holes. Never was told I needed to play fast or be done by a certain time. By 10:30 I was asked to leave because I wasn't playing fast enough. Don't recommend this course if you want to play and have a good time because you'll be asked to leave for not playing fast enough. Never been to a course that only gives you 1 hour too play 9 holes.

Worst course around for sure. Greens are absolute trash. Fairways and tee boxes are mediocre at best and that’s obviously during season. Driving range gets a solid 0/10 rating. If I can’t every club in my bag on the range then is it a range?? Save your money for gas to drive to Fairmont golf course. It blows this place out of the water in every category

Sue is very helpful and took time when we were joining. However, it does seem the club could be updated and cleaned better as it would always be open for business. Tables in the bar and the bar seemed dark and dirty. Were also sticky Would be nice if it seemed to be open all the tim

To say this course is subpar would be an understatement. From incompetent staff to an embarrassment of a golf course the time it takes to travel here is not worth it. Greens are in awful condition, fairways are sand, and there are little to no manageable tee boxes.

I'm slowly learning the course did better this time still getting mixed up on the line up but that's partly my fault I'm walking the course and most of the time don't want to walk back to the sign and look at them over all very happy with it
