Cash only for everything. Not expensive but expect a different experience. People nice, course in terrible shape but try it once as it’s a unique experience. Not everything in life is great. This is one of those not great but it definitely is different.

Decent course if your learning, but unfortunately at $24 a person, with 2 people golfing and 12 holes, 2.5 hours is apparently too long to be on the course. Me and my boyfriend were on #8 of 12 and he’s teaching me to golf, what I assume to be the owner drives over looking for a group of people that have doubled the course and then proceeds to tell us that we’ve been here to long and getting people to finish their games quick is what makes him money. Let me also mention when we paid we told him I was learning how to play, and had no idea what I was doing. Disappointed because it started off fu…

Staff is very nice. Greens need lots of help! Carts are great! Fallen trees need to be removed! Bridges need some TLC. Driving range mats and balls need to be replaced! The balls are from the lost & found and the mats are hard as concrete. This place has potential to be better, but the owner is too focused elsewhere.

I used to play this course 10 years back. It wasn't the nicest, but was great for practice. Now, I'm really sad to see the disrepair. I'd say about 1-2 greens were actually playable. The rest are so cracked and brown you aren't even going to want to putt. Hard dirt. They even had to just give up on some and abandon the original green entirely, making holes even shorter. Downed trees just sitting for God knows how long, even blocking cart paths in some places. The carts we received for 24 bucks were laughable and we had to hold our bags so they didn't fall out when driving. One of our carts…

Unfortunately, my experience at Union Lake Golf Course was not very pleasant. The course was not well-maintained, with overgrown rough and poorly tended greens. This made for a frustrating round of golf that was far from enjoyable. Additionally, the golf carts were in poor condition, with many of them having mechanical issues and uncomfortable seats. The staff was not very helpful or accommodating, which only added to the overall disappointment of the experience. While the layout of the course was interesting, the poor conditions and lack of attention to detail detracted greatly from the overa…

The owner is a real nice guy. BUT I really wish he'd sell the Golf Course. This place is a joke, Greens are in horrible shape. Branch's everywhere under the trees. The range has like 30 year old golf balls. 70% of the carts are never working. This place has so much potential. I wish the owner would sell or put some serious money in this place. Update the range, update the course, hire a true greens keeper. This place could be a serious gold mine if it was fixed up and ran correctly. A nice 9 hole with a range. They could make millions on the range alone.

This course is terrible... it’s basically like playing in your own yard using your push mower to create a green. Can barely tell if your on a fairway or the rough. 99% of the course is the rough. It’s ok if your a beginner. But for the money they charge just go three miles south and go to bay point. Couple dollars more but actually a real golf course. Driving range sucks too. But is good for taking the kids. If you’re trying to enjoy and improve stay away.

I like the acceleration of the golf carts. Even if the course was maintained by more than ducks and a beautiful red tailed hawk, it's still so boring to play. Tiny "something resembling a green at one time", every hole is just a straight line, drainage ditch 10 feet in front of a green, 15 ft green, then overgrown into someone's backyard. Hawk leaves rotting kills in a couple of the tee boxes so you get a little something extra with your fresh air. Anything nice about this course is being squandered.

It's a shame they rid of the first half of the golf course to put in homes. This is still a fun small course and there is a small driving range. It never seems to be too busy so for beginners and those that prefer a more relaxing time golfing, this would be the place to go.

I played here 5-10 years ago and it was a bit rundown, but worth it since it was very cheap. Went back yesterday, and it was easily the worst course Ive ever played in my life. The greens were post apocalyptic, there was tons of flooding and we would lose balls literally in the fairway. It's barely a golf course, and charging $23 a person is straight up offensive.

Let me start by saying if i could give negative amount of stars, I would. This is the worst course I've ever been to, and I golf every weekend during the golf season. On the GolfNow app it is listed as 18 holes, and for the day it was $17. I arrived at the course and learned it was 11 total holes, and they charged me $22 per person. Every last one of the holes was completely flooded. You could hit it in the middle of the fairway, and lose your ball due to flooding. There is no such thing as a fairway because the entire course is not cared for even in the slightest. I would never return to this…

Poorly maintained course with flooding around the greens and damaged or long grass on the greens. However, it seems to be the cheapest course to play in the area, $17 for 11 holes with a cart. If you're like me and aren't a very serious golfer, then the low price might make up for the poor quality of the course.
