Beacon Hill Golf Course

I don’t even know where to start to write this review. We got married August 31st 2025 and Megan and her entire team went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was our perfect day. From the beginning communication was key, she never left a question unanswered and always made sure we were okay and happy with the entire process. I 100% recommend this venue and its entire team, without doubt Beacon Hill was the perfect place for us for our perfect day full of memories. Good layout. Some updates would help - improved sand conditions in traps, rebuilding the bridge from #7, some cart path work, etc. Staff is always super friendly.

I played this golf course on a Sunday in September. The course is located well off the beaten track in the middle of a newer subdivision. The tee boxes were in good shape, but some were sloped. The fairways were also in good condition . The greens were in good condition and fast. The only drawback I could see was that the rough was US Open long, and you could lose a holf ball if you were a few yards from the fairway. I had my bridal shower here back in October and it was beautiful. The view of the lake is stunning. Our event coordinator Maddy was absolutely amazing and so accommodating!

We recently attended a wedding and reception at Beacon Hill Golf Club & Event Center, and I have to say, it was absolutely stunning! The venue offers breathtaking views overlooking the lake, creating the perfect backdrop for the ceremony. The food was fantastic, and the service was top-notch. A special shoutout to Megan Kotsonas and Jenna Curry—both were incredibly attentive and made sure every guest felt well taken care of. Highly recommend this beautiful venue for a wedding or any special occasion!

Course was well maintained and greens were smooth. A few tee boxes were rough and/or uneven but the cart paths were extremely rough and in poor shape. Pace of play was very slow with ~2 groups waiting every hole

I really enjoyed playing at this golf course. I played with three other people and had much fun. The golf course is beautiful and I look forward to playing it again.

The owners of Beacon Hill and Brentwood seems like have completely given up on maintaining the course. Greens and fairways have poop everywhere, pace of play is SUPER slow, craters and divots everywhere including the greens, leagues everyday, not a single flat tee box, the list goes on and on, and to top it all off they will charge $70 to play the course which is double the price compared to a couple years ago. Been playing this golf course for 15+ years. It’s gradually declined in quality. Tee to green is a decent layout, and great location near Milford. But the incidental areas are low quality. Cart paths are Third World quality, really awful. Giant potholes. Looks like today the fairways had not been cut in a couple of days. It’s probably the same story as so many privately owned public golf courses, they can’t make any money and they don’t spend anything to improve the overall experience of the golf course. Bought some GG vouchers to try this course because they were cheap. Now I know why. The course layout is a complete joke. I have no idea who designed this place but the only thing missing is the windmill and clown hole. Blind shots everywhere, holes crammed into areas between houses. It's not hard, I actually scored pretty low considering my hatred, it's just that the layout is garbage. You could pick literally any other course within 20 miles of here and do better.

The banquet hall was very warm. But I have to give 5 stars to your server Evan excellent attitude was very polite and just a great young man.
