Washtenaw Country Club

I'm glad I finally played this historic course this year. Course conditions for October while also dealing with a drought were way better than most. There may have been the fastest greens I've played all year. Lots of beautiful holes with plenty of slope. I only wish the rough was in better shape in areas, but I blame that on our recent drought. Great hot dogs as well. Yes, that matters. Staff was also awesome. I will definitely be back!

We got married at Washtenaw Golf Club last month and it could not have been a better experience! Absolutely recommend this venue to anyone looking for a stress-free, affordable, all inclusive option. This venue was one of the more affordable options we were looking into and so much was included and taken care of for us! The day was absolutely amazing! The food was great, the drinks were ever flowing, and the ambiance was exquisite! The staff (especially Donna and Noah) were so attentive to our needs and we felt a little like family! I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a fantastic experience!

My husband and I would definitely recommend this place for a good wedding. The director Donna was absolutely amazing, she was very responsive to emails and questions I had and helped us figured out everything including table layout timeline and napkin colors. Underrated course in SE MI. Outside of U of M my favorite set of greens I've played in the area. 1,2,5,8,11,17 are standouts for me. They do a really great job maintaining the course and presenting firm greens. Walking rate reasonable, especially in off season.

Only golf but fantastic. The course has wonderful greens and tall bunkers with excellent sand. Very fast putting, excellent fairways. Will be back to play this one again. It looks like a country club course. Nice people had great hamburger at the turn. One of those courses where it looks like the people who play it take care of it. We had our wedding at the Washtenaw Golf Club and it couldn’t have been a better experience! Donna our event coordinator was absolutely amazing- she was so friendly, organized, and extremely responsive and helpful with my 1 million questions as we planned for our big day. We have an annual golf outing here and the course is awesome. It is always well kept and well maintained over the course of the year. The staff are usually very friendly and nice and do very good work. The banquet at the end is always well catered and the food is amazing. I love this venue and the course itself is great. It is mostly forgiving to golfers who arent amazing like myself but does offer enough challenge to make it a great course to play.

I can not speak to the golfing here but I can say that our wedding was hosted here and it was a great experience! Donna helped us plan the most perfect day and Brian and Tim both helped make the night of the wedding so smooth and stress free! As a venue for any season of the year, Washtenenaw Golf Club provides a golden opportunity to make good memories, and to entertain for work, school or family gatherings! Donna Hatch provided exceptional service for our large group event. Her passion for the history and well-equipped venue was inspiring in our pre-event walk thru. Donna's attention to detail, understanding of group dynamics and assurance for our event planner left me at ease going into this major event.

We had the best wedding reception! Donna Hatch - Events Manager was amazing! She was very detailed oriented and guided us thru the process of planning this reception. Noah was wonderful and on top of everything before and during the wedding. The staff was very attentive and helpful! The food was pretty awesome and we received ALOT of compliments from our guests. This is a really nice place for a wedding and mostly all the service was great. There was one of the bar tenders Noah who was pretty unprofessional and rude to not only me but several other people. Not sure if he was just having a bad night or what but forsure was ruining the experience.
