In summary

Waskesiu Golf Course is highly praised for its stunning natural setting, challenging layout designed by Stanley Thompson, and well-maintained conditions. Visitors appreciate the friendly staff and the unique experience of encountering wildlife on the course. However, some guests have noted issues with the dining service and occasional pressure from course marshals to maintain pace of play.

Very fine classic course designed by Stanley Thompson, Canada's top golf course architect. Like his other courses, it reflects the natural topography of the land. Always undulating and you'll never get a flat lie. Greens are sloped and challenging. Relatively narrow fairways will be challenging for those used to open prairie courses. Tons of wildlife including a massive 14-point bull elk that hangs around the 11th tee. Lovely. Best course in Saskatchewan in my opinion.

Always beautiful. Somewhat challenging for an amateur as the course is carved out of the forest, but a legendary Saskatchewan course that is a must for anyone who hasn't ventured to Waskesiu before. Maybe you'll lose a ball or two, but the natural beauty and stellar upkeep of the course far outweigh a lost ball.

A fantastic and beautiful course. Conditions were amazing and the views were fantastic. Such a fun course with many different holes to give you something unique. Beautiful clubhouse with good wings too. If you're lucky you will see some beautiful wildlife too.

Awesome character. All buildings are original with the exception of a few additions to the Pro Shop over the past 85 years. Clubhouse menu has been tweaked to reflect a casual dining experience. Course is such a great Stanley Thompson design that can be enjoyed by golfers of all skill levels.

A stunning golf course. One of, if not the most beautiful, golf course in the province. Rolling hills, blind tee shots, narrow fairways and challenging greens...a ton of fun to play!

Had a breakfast, the coffee was very bad tasted like bitter water. Also we wanted our eggs over hard but they were over easy. The chairs also had spider nets on them.

Very nice shape this year. Service was good in club house and on coarse. The only draw back is the price for a seat on the cart. $24.00 for half a seat is ridiculous. Other than that I would recommend this golf course.
