In summary

Westwood Heights Golf Club is generally appreciated for its well-maintained par 3 course, which is ideal for beginners and those looking to practice their short game. The course is described as fun and affordable, with friendly staff in the clubhouse, although some visitors have noted issues with non-functioning amenities like ball washers and water coolers. However, recurring criticisms focus on the rude demeanor of an older staff member in the pro shop and occasional communication issues regarding tee times and closures.

Fun golf course, good for beginners. pretty well maintained especially for the winter however, the older guy working the pro shop was very rude. We booked a tee time online and he was upset we booked online instead of calling.. Having rude workers makes people not want to golf here! Plenty of other golf courses in omaha.

My favorite course in Omaha especially to just go have some fun and learn how to get better. Been here no less than 5 times last year and always enjoyed it. Course is really well maintained, greens are FAST and the people in the clubhouse are super nice and cool to talk to. My only gripe is that not a single ball washing station was working the last couple times I was there and the water cooler was empty and it was like 100 degrees. All in all a great little par 3.

Played this last Saturday. 2 hours to complete a 9 hole, par 3 course. No tee markers, no ball washers functioning. I have played this course for years and am disappointed in what it has become. The young man working the club house was great but the rest was not. Guys on green taking three, four, five shots. No control. Playing from one set of clubs, three guys! Hire a marshall, charge a couple bucks more to pay them. Come on guys.....

Old man working in the Pro Shop ….very crabby and not very personable. He was extremely rude to us. The golf course is great but the old man working the shop is awful. I asked if he was having a bad day which I guess offended him cuz he got very agitated with us. Sir if you hate your job maybe you should retire. Just saying it’s golf we go there to unwind and have fun!

Last time I called to get a tee time, the older guy in the "Pro Shop" literally laughed at me and said "we're busy" and hung up on me!! Won't go back there even though the course is nice. I'm not sure he realizes the tax payers pay for his freaking job. Lose that guy!!

I wanted to play 9 holes he charged me for 9 came back in to buy tees and only tees and then he charged me for 9 holes again plus the tees won’t refund it. Horrible management

Wonderful. My first (and only) tee shot landed on the green. Cool! Ended up with a 42 (par 3, 9 hole course). I'm getting better.

Course itself is fine, but website and communication is horrible. Booked a tee time with my 6 y/o. There was some rain in the early morning but it cleared early enough and I didn’t see any updates online or in my email. Drove 30 minutes to the course to see it was closed. They should 1) shutdown their online booking if they are closed and 2) send out email notifications to those who booked to let them know.

Poorly ran! I understand not allowing you to book a tee time for one person. But when you call and they tell you to just come over and they will pair you with someone and when you get their they tell you they don’t pair singles with other groups because it’s to much of a hassle. Won’t be back. Complete waist of time. Stayed and watched two some after two some tee off.

The course is in great shape. Kids golf free here under the age of 15 with a paying adult.
