The course is in great shape. The bar tenders are amazing and nice. BUTTT STAY AWAY, from the old dudes there, they take there lives way to serious and absolutely disrespected my family and my kids. Golf is supposed to be fun. Those old dudes definitely got cheated on

SentryWorld gets all the headlines, but the Wisconsin River Golf Club is a beautiful course and best value. I love golf, carry a 5 handicap and live on a golf course in Northern Alabama. Believe me -- WI River is awesome -- the greens are smooth and fast, the course is well maintained, staff is friendly and professional and the beer is mighty cold. I look forward to the next round and highly recommend! Fore!

Play the course often. Always in great shape and always a friendly knowledgeable staff. Was there for a tournament today, course had two inches of rain yesterday and was still playable. Hats off to the ground crew for doing everything to make it the best experience for a pretty big event! Scores were done quickly and everyone enjoyed it there. Highly recommend!

This course is unlike any course I have played. Wisconsin River club is a golf course that beautifully ties together wildlife and pure conditions for the game of golf. Fairways are define and well kept, greens are smooth and roll true. Greens are also looking so healthy. Wildflower and native prairie grasses are grown throughout the entire course. I saw so many butterflies and heard the songs of so many birds! Awesome experience and awesome course. So thankful I came! And thank you Tom, for being so friendly!

Played in a stroke play event over the weekend, even though the course had 2 inches of rain the night before the course was still in fantastic shape, Greens were fast and in great shape, and the fairways were in fantastic shape. The staff there was also super nice from the ranger that was keeping the event moving and the guys in the pro-shop starting everyone on time to the bartender making sure we were in and out the door to make a fast turn. Would highly recommend coming out to this course

I held a tournament today at the Wisconsin River Golf Club. I must say Bill and his staff always are accommodating, helpful, and friendly. We had 53 golfers today in a stroke play match and everything went off without any issues. The grounds crew was out there making sure we could play even though it rained over 2” yesterday! Scores were good, greens roll true, and the course is in great shape. I would highly recommend hosting events here, or just playing a casual round. The staff with welcome you in and make you feel right at home! The WVGA has tournaments all over the central Wisconsin area…

Overall a good course, and back tees require shot shaping / placement to hit fairways. Good length overall and wind can make holes troublesome. Noticed front is very swampy, so bring the bug spray in peak, while back is more generically flat / typical. Greens were consistent.

This course is up kept well. Very reasonable prices and a fun layout. The greens stay nice with it being along the river but that also brings along the occasional flooding. Overall it is one of my favorite places to golf in the area, good for all skill levels.

I haven't had a chance to play the course yet this season. I was able to eat dinner and enjoyed it very much. The golf course is much improved. I first played the course when it was just 9 holes back in the mid 1960's. The current owners have made significant improvements and changes to the course. The trees have grown and the course is much more difficult today. The greens fees are very reasonable too.

Really enjoyed this course. It is well maintained, greens were in good shape. The course in general had a lot more roll then I am used to. Made me feel like a better golfer. Also like the contrast between the front and back.

Went on Tuesday for the 2nd time. Very nice course. Challenging on some. $52 for 2 people with a cart. Must each have a set of clubs. I haven’t tried the food yet but the beer is priced right! They were pretty busy at noon, so I recommend a tee time.
