In summary

York Country Club receives high praise for its well-maintained, challenging golf course with a creative layout that includes both traditional and unique holes. The staff and clubhouse amenities, including food and service, are frequently commended for their quality and friendliness. Some visitors note that the brunch service can be slow, and there are limited local dining options outside the club.

Had a nice time at the cross country meet. The greens looked wonderful!

I thought I reviewed this, but maybe Google didn't like it. York CC was a pleasant surprise. Course layout is fantastic and the holes are all great. I played like a caveman, but, just like the discovery of 🔥, the caveman in me understood how great it was. This sounds hyperbolic, but I assure you; it's a gem.

Great old course, challenging and well maintained. Be aware of some holes where position off the tee is much more important than distance. Also be mindful of finding the right spots on the greens depending on flag positions.

Great course, very tough, fast greens and tree lined fairways call for good accuracy, can't wait to play again

Sunday brunch is a 2 hour process. The service is poor. You have to refill your own coffee and water. They must only have one chef because the wait time after you order is about an hour. The French Toast is a good value though.

This course hosts multiple US kids tournaments every year. Totally one of the best courses supporting Jr Golf in the area. The course is challenging and is exactly what you would expect from a small town country club. It's well maintained and not too stuffy. Great course and really nice folks.

First off, I came here for an event at the clubhouse and was very impressed by how clean and neat everything looked. A round of applause for the people working here and making it look brand new!

Matt's menu was phenomenal! And I came from Omaha with my sister and brother in law. I definitely will look forward to coming back with them on another visit. Not only was the quality of food fabulous but the originality of each dish was terrific.

Beautiful, well conditioned golf course that presents a challenge. Both nines are interesting, and different. The front’s traditional, the back is creative. Number 17 is memorable for sure! Evidence of pride in the place is everywhere. Really nice clubhouse.

Great course! Awesome clubhouse! The help was fantastic. Played in a tournament there they had easy check in, carts ready to go with team members listed on carts with which holes we started on. Good food, good snacks and decent driving range just wish practice putting green was a little bigger as everyone was getting ready for tournament hard to practice chipping or putting.
