The dockominium fee is $393.00 a month which includes the dock master's service, water, and pump out availability. Owner must joined the Yacht club fees apply. Pasadena Yacht and Country Club has an 18 hole golf course, an active clubhouse, two restaurants, community pool, tennis courts, fitness center and pool bar off the marina.
