In summary

Arrowhead State Park Golf Course is frequently praised for its well-maintained greens, scenic views, and friendly staff, making it a popular choice among golfers. The course is noted for its challenging layout and beautiful setting near Lake Eufaula. However, some visitors have expressed concerns about the condition of the fairways, lack of drinking water on the course, and occasional issues with tee time management.

Played this course 7/30/24 for the first time in 12 or 13 years, and overall course was in good shape. Greens were great! Few fairways could use some attention, very good experience today. Would recommend and plan on playing here again in the future.

Greens were in perfect shape with lots of deer on course doing their thing. Located right off Carleton Landing airport and they'll pick you up and drop you off if you call them once you land. I'll definitely be back!

This course exceeded my expectations the greens were very fast but well maintained and the staff were very friendly. We will definitely be booking a golf trip there again.

Had a great round of golf. The course is in good shape. I like it because it’s a little more challenging than my local course.

Not bad for a state park course. The greens were in good shape and rolled great. Fairways not too bad with lack of rain, could be better. Long par 4;s and 3's. Par fives are shot makers holes. Club house is adequate, workers are great. Prices for beverages and snacks are great. No drinking water on the course or cart servers is a negative. Carts were not cleaned and had dirt inside and out. By far not one the greatest courses I have played but fun. To me not a destination round but if at the park or traveling by not a bad place to stop and play.

I played in late April and the course was in reasonable shape. It appeared to be in need of the fairways to green up and grow further. The greens were really fast and difficult to putt. 3 putts not uncommon for me. The views of Lake Eufala were truly scenic. The course could be better marked from hole to hole for a newcomer to the course. Still a fun day.

After playing a few other courses this year i decided i was to harsh with my first review. Arrowhead has some of the nicest greens in oklahoma, their fairways are in pretty good shape also. The staff has also been alot more friendly recently too. The cart path still needs some work but overall it is not bad.

This is a good golf course. As long as you were hitting the fairways, you were good. Many holes were having upgrades to them, and as long as you treated the holes under construction as big sand traps, you could navigate to a good score. The greens rolled very well. I would recommend!

This is one of my all time favorite courses. It is the most scenic course in Oklahoma by far, is manicured beyond belief, and has a wonderful architectural design. The staff is wonderful as well as having an impeccable clubhouse and pro shop. I can’t express how much I recommend playing this course at least once. P.s. anyone who is saying the greens aren’t up to par can’t read a putt, simple as that.

Course is in great condition! I was worried about the greens, especially since many courses in OK begin to decline around august. (Unfortunately fountainhead, like 15 miles away, is suffering right now. Though we've had a mild summer w/plenty of rain. Yes, FH doesn't get state funding but still...wish they maintained it better) As for arrowhead, keep up the good work! New clubhouse nearly open and it looks nice.

Hard to believe it is a government run course. Absolutely maintained like a private country club. The views of Lake Eufaula are fantastic. The greens rolled nicely, a little slow, but wet. Other than tight green to tee box areas, causing the young Bucks to lob in bombs at you with loud "4's" being common. I will play it again, but will wear a hard hat. The entitled kids here do not care.....
