Atkinson Country Club and Resort

I attended a very large organized golf tournament. The luncheon was very nice. Food was fresh and perfect size portions. The course was beautiful. Lovely landscaping. Golf carts were great getting around on. The golf rangers were helpful and accommodating. Beverage cart was easily accessible. After the tournament we had a very nice buffet dinner. Servers were nice, food was tasty, the bartender was quick with drinks. I would recommend ACC for events of all sizes.

I celebrated my dad’s 60th birthday today at the venue and we rented out the wine room downstairs. We had the absolute best time. Our waitress Shauna was very attentive, kind, and really made us feel at home! The space was cozy yet festive, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. The food was also delightful! It was such a special night for my dad, and we’re so grateful to the team for helping us create memories we’ll never forget. Highly recommend this place for any private event or celebration!

We recently had our wedding at Atkinson Resort and Country Club. While the venue itself is beautiful and the staff are very kind, I feel it’s important to share our experience with the planning and day-of coordination so that future couples know what to expect. Leading up to the wedding, the planning process seemed organized, and we had a detailed meeting where we walked through every décor item and timeline element. We went there yesterday for lunch. Not a good experience. We had to wait over 20 minutes for just water. Also waited one hour for lunch. Our server kept giving us excuses. The food was inconsistent. There were 8 of us. Four people had a good meal while the other 4 of us had very overcooked haddock . It was hard , cold, and crunchy. The french fries were soggy and cold. We didnt complain because we figured we would have to wait another hour for food. On a plus note the french onion soup was excellant. I think you either need more kitchen staff or. Better cooks. I visited Atkinson CC for the first time and had a great experience. My gorp had lunch on the patio, the service and food where great, and the facilities and view top knotch. The course was in top shape and that shows commitment considering the drought we have been in in. I will certainly be back for another round of golf!

I had my bridal shower in the signature room and it was perfect! The size was perfect not too big and not too small. There were 4 tables that each sat 12 people so it held a max of 48 people. There was a gift table, a dessert table and a favor table. The food was great and I HIGHLY recommend adding the waffle bar!! I had my wedding on November 2, 2024, at Atkinson Country Club. I booked the venue 2 years in advance, and they kept us well informed over those two years. Robin and Chloe did an exceptional job! I can't thank those two people enough. They truly made this wedding stress free. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful the wedding was, how delicious their meals were, and how polite and responsive the staff were. We highly recommend ACC. We got married in November to take advantage of their discounts - our wedding was VERY reasonably priced. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU ACC!

I was very disappointed & my family regarding my mother's memorial meal event. We felt very rushed & the staff's personality was very cold. Staff cleaned up early taking the food and beverages when my family was still there. We had to pile the leftover food on our table because we wanted to eat more. We still had almost 2 hours left. Also, the staff took my son's meal he wanted to take home which was a separate meal the staff didn't even ask him. We had my daughter's wedding here this past Friday evening. I cannot say enough about the service we received, how attentive the wedding coordinator was and how beautiful the grounds were. Very 👍nice staff, rooms are nice but a little dated. Gentleman at the front desk quickly had the faulty shower head fixed in my room. Restaurant/grill has tasty food, as I ate dinner there four evenings and did not have any complaints. Located on a golf course so plenty of places to walk for exercise. Within 15 minutes drive of a few towns that had any type of store, restaurant or shopping complex you might need.

Frontend girls were incredible and helpful. We asked for a fan by the time we got back from dinner they had one in the room for us. Great place great people.
