Great course in the Spring area. This is towards the higher end of what I am prepared to pay for a round of golf, however the course was in wonderful condition. Challenging but not too hard. Driving range and practice putting available before round, both in great condition. I joined a group as ‘single’ and was paired up with a great group. That is always a concern when joining others. Would definitely play again when in the area Great club house and bar.

September 2025 - Course is not in very good shape. Many greens are in really bad shape. Some worse than others but overall they are very inconsistent and many have large dead patches. Fairways were ok but they didn’t spread or bag grass clippings so there are lots of rows of clipping that obviously stop your ball from rolling. Traps are in bad shape played more like hard pan or mud, depending on how much moisture was in them. . No beverage cart service the day we played. Every employee we interacted with was very friendly and the clubhouse is very nice but there are much better options out the…

I’ve played at AP multiple times, not a hard course. Certain Greens and fairways need work! I mean the green fees alone are $85-110, you think you’d have a much nicer course at these prices especially the initiation fee for a membership. Better courses around in better shape like Gleannloch, Highland.

Good price/quality ratio golf course. Course was lacking a bit of maintenance and sand traps were flooded/unplayable because of previous heavy rains. But layout and conditions are good overall. The clubhouse is great with a fantastic pro shop and good facilities. You can get a small or large bucket of range balls for around $20 and rates vary from $65 on weekdays to $90 on weekends and twilight rate are about $30 less for each.

Used to be a great course to come play. Super slow pace, marshal assured us we were on schedule but we were being pushed by a 5-some. Cart died at the start of hole 18 (par 5) we pushed the cart 600+ yards to get it back to the clubhouse then had to walk our cars with our bags. For a $109 dollar round course this isn't it.

Good experience, fun course, waitress was helpful, bartender…not at all. Starter was a trip :) he had us rolling! Great way to start the round.

I played here on Saturday 1/2/21 and the course was in great shape especially considering the time of year. The range was closed but the area had just had almost a days worth of rain. The staff was great and very friendly. The outside of the course is built to look like Augusta National and it does. The holes are unique and challenging depending on what tee box you decide to use. I would love to come back in May and see the course in full bloom.

Golf course was in bad condition not just overseeing. We were instructed cart path only but there were groups that didn't observe. The group behind us were warned but continued to not observe. The Marshall should have ask them to leave. Some of the employees were not offering any customer service at all.The golf carts were in pretty rough shape as per macanical and appearance for a semi private golf club. This was my groups first and last time to play Augusta Pines.I paid 101.00 for green fee and range balls. We did have a hotdog that only mustard and catchup was offered and the bun was not fresh.…

Fun and beautiful course to play. Great clubhouse. Good practice facilities. Course had some rough spots in fairways and bunkers and greens. Given the price tag, I was expecting more. 17 and 18 are great finishing holes, though.

Course did not disappoint. Greens weren't too fast, but rolled true. Only complaint were the bunkers. Sand was heavy and hard to hit out of. Beautiful clubhouse as well.

I loved this golf course. You can start with free range balls and then enjoy 18 holes of manicured fairways and greens. The difficulty is moderate to hard but an average golfer like me can have a really enjoyable game

This is an amazing Golf Course. Top Notch from their practice facilities to each and every well-designed whole. The greens were immaculate and the fairways we're like playing off of your living room carpet. Upkeep on the course is first class and all of the employees seemed to enjoy their jobs and take pride and what they were doing. If you get the chance this is a must play golf course if you are in the Houston area. I had the pleasure of playing with a member which helps but the score cards layout the holes very well. The two Island greens we're really nice finishing treat on 17 and 18. Must…
