Lake Windcrest Golf Club

Absolutely beautiful course and layout. Giant pines line every hole but fairways are wide enough to be manageable for amateurs. Great service too. Highly recommend.

I had the opportunity to play here as a guest of a member. It was a beautiful day and the course was in fine shape. The fairways were green and nicely mowed, the greens were large, rolling and well maintained. The tee boxes could use some TLC. They were a bit beaten up. The staff was super friendly. The practice range was in great condition and maintained. Overall a great experience! I look forward for an opportunity to return.

We always have a great experience here. We recently hosted a private event at the club and they did an amazing job. Korrin, Reed and Zoe were wonderful to work with. They provided excellent service and went above and beyond to ensure our event was a success. Thank you!!!

Great course, greens are always in awesome shape, fairways are nice and a very challenging course, one of the best I've played!! Posted this 6 years ago because it was true, I grew up at this golf course, I loved it. Unfortunately the manager has switched more times then I can count, and the maintenance crew has just stopped caring. The course is terrible and only few good people left are in the cafe, it’s such a shame to see the place i spent everyday since I was 5 to just go downhill completely. I am now no longer a member and I recommend anyone else to remain not being on as well.

I just moved here about three months ago and found this to be a fantastic driving range. The owner is courteous and helpful. He actually cares in the turf was in great shape along with everything else stay off there.

This is by far my favorite golf club in The woodlands area. Perfect layout, lovely fairways, true greens and the Club Corp staff is the best in the business. I don’t have a lot of time during the week to practice so I looked for an efficient course that fit my eye and had friendly upscale members. Well I found it. I can park my car, grab my putter and & wedge and walk to the practice area in 2 minutes. Tee 1 is a 30 second cart ride to the left of the practice green and tee 10 is 2 minutes to the right. They tore down the fence that borders the course and the community. Very busy highway. It is so loud. They are so cheap to not repair the fence. Would never recommend this course based on their poor use of your money. They do nothing to upgrade the course

Great course, very challenging but in a fun way. Shot 94 today and teed off at 1115. Done by 330pm. Was a little crowded on the back nine after the turn but can't beat it for a weekday.

Management of Lake Windcrest Golf Club refuse to repair their part of the fence located on 1488, resulting from a storm June 2023. Parts of the fence are down, some up, columns down or leaning over. Their negligence has created an ongoing, unsightly view from 1488 and they care nothing about the Lake Windcrest residents.
