In summary

Balfour Golf & Country Club is highly praised for its beautiful and challenging course, which features stunning views and is well-maintained throughout the year. Visitors commend the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the quality food and amenities available on site. While the course layout is appreciated, some guests suggest using a cart for the more challenging back nine. A few visitors have noted occasional slow pace of play, but overall, the club is considered a hidden gem and a worthwhile destination for golf enthusiasts.

This is one of the most beautiful golf courses anywhere! Lush and green, with extraordinary views. We had their cooperation in planning a family golf tournament and they were very helpful with setting up tee times and making it happen. We will always come back here!

What a fun golf course to play. Some tricky par fours. Kudos to the pro shop team and cart maintenance team for finding and returning my range finder. The golf course is in excellent condition for this time of year.

This is a beautiful, scenic, and challenging golf course. I usually walk our 18 hole golf courses up in Fort St John. The back nine on this course would be too much for me to walk.

I’m an absolute beginner golfer, so I can’t really comment on the course itself apart from that it’s in great condition and the club is dealing well with the COVID-19 restrictions. What I can rave about are the incredible views from the course.

I just finished my fifth annual golf trip to Balfour, and it was better than ever. The course is in incredible condition, and the food and beverage was better than ever. This course is the definition of a hidden gem. One of the best golf experiences you’ll ever have. If you’re in or near the area, make the trip to Balfour!

Unbelievable that this course pops up in the middle of nowhere. So worth the trip. Staff were so nice but that course is unreal good. 460 people live in Balfour and this is their golf course.
