It is a very nice, clean and pleasant place to go to. The staff are perfect. I would really like to express my special thanks to the young lady (I forgot her name unfortunately) for being supportive and helpful last night with us. My car broke down and did all what she could. It’s an amazing venue. We had a wonderful experience organizing an event. Support and help from Laura Laurie and her staff was excellent. They take care of every need of their guests. They are very accommodating. All our guests had only nice words for the venue. We would love to come back here again for other events in the future.

The card show that I hosted at the event center couldn't have been better! Laura was fantastic to work with, and the event center looked great when I arrived. Libby and Josh were friendly and awesome behind the bar. Definitely will be using this event space again in the future.

We recently hosted our school fundraiser in the event center at the Ballwin Golf course for the second year in a row. The first year went well, but shortly after I called the event planner, Laura, with a few suggestions that would make a future event even better. Laura was very accommodating and exited to brainstorm and help with our ideas for the next year. This past weekend we held our second event and it could not have gone better! Amateur Staff, Non-Existent Course Management, and a Side of Racism!! The experience at this course was appalling—a masterclass in unfriendliness and outright incompetence, topped off with a disturbing whiff of racial bias. The elderly female staff, in particular, was the very definition of rude, clueless, and overtly racist. From the moment of check-in, her tone was consistently contemptuous and frosty. I loved everything about working with the Ballwin Golf Course and Event Center! From beginning stages of planning to executing the event, everything was PERFECT! This is a beautiful space with a beautiful view! Laura was a DREAM to work with! I will definitely use this place again!!

I grew up playing Ballwin GC. I’ve seen it’s ups and downs. It’s been 3+ years since my last round there, and let me say my first round back was more then impressive. From the boxes to the greens and everything in between the course was top notch. The staffs service matched the state of the course. Great job to the superintendent and everyone else involved. I won’t be waiting 3 years to play it again.

We held a corporate meeting at the Ballwin Golf Course Event Center for 70 attendees. From the start, my contact at the property (Laura) was extremely friendly, clear in explaining amenities and expectations, and quick to respond. Laura was easily available for all of my questions and concerns, making the process easy. The facility is large, clean, and bright. We were able to use their systems for all of our presentations (audio and video) with a single plug in to our laptops. It was easy to switch presenters and laptops without issue. I held my son's graduation party at the event center. It was perfect! Space was huge and accommodations were impeccable! Laura was so very helpful and answered all my questions! Libby, the bartender for the event, was a delight! Highly recommend and will use again in the future!

The staff was extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming. The older receptionist appeared irritated with customers right from the start, which set a negative tone for the visit. For $30 a round on a 9-hole course, the poor service made the experience disappointing and not worth the price.

We used the event center for a Celebration of Life and highly recommend the venue. Laura, the coordinator, was always available in the weeks leading up to the event. She went above and beyond to make this a successful event. The venue I was clean and updated. We had no complaints, only compliments for the staff and venue.

The wedding event was amazing. Loved all the vendors. Really loved the way each participant had to stop at each both to get a signature. This allowed more one on one contact and did not feel rushed in our conversation. Looking forward to future events. Thank you to Laura for organizing.
