Balmoral Golf Course

What a great course! Fun to play with, but has its own unique challenges! There are a lot of opportunities to make some great plays! The course even has its own par 3 course. During my time the course was very well taken care of and the greens played very nice!! The staff was super friendly, and the owner was very accommodating given the circumstances at the course at that time. Don’t hesitate to stop by and play a round! It’s super affordable and a very decent rate of play! I will be back! Thanks again, Balmoral!

It wasn't too bad once we were able to get out there. I don't understand their rates and how they discount them. If we had time to play 18 holes we could have played for $40 but we could only play 9 and it was $38. It just doesn't make sense. As you would expect with this time of year, there were a lot of leaves on the ground.

Great golf course with spectacular views and a phenomenal staff. My boyfriend had forgotten my sunglasses in the cart and I didn’t notice until we were home (in Montana), and Karen at Balmoral offered to ship them to my home in Montana! What a great staff! Thanks for everything!

Our favorite golf course in the area, and we live in Ottertail County. Always friendly and the course is beautiful. The atmosphere here is easygoing, and we appreciate there are golfers of all types. The par 3 next door is fun as well.

Played July 17. Walked in with no TT and found away to get us on. I don't recommend this because they looked busy. Course was clean,greens great and play moved along nicely. Playing and working at GC'S my entire life Balmoral gc qualifys as a "hidden gem" in my opinion. Highly recommend ed and will go back.

The course was in pristine for it being early season. The staff was great and nice, I had my 7 iron break on the course and they helped me out to get a new one. They have hats and clothes to get to look good on the course.

Beautiful course. Greens were a challenge, tee boxes were well kept. Fairways did have taller grass, but made for a great challenge no matter your skill level!

Super nice course! Challenging with the slope and the wind coming from the lake. Little short but quite fun to play a round. They also have a par 3 course. Haven’t played but I would love to play

I just want to take a moment to tell the world how much I appreciate being able to play golf at Balmoral. Our family has been vacationing yearly in the area for over 70 years and my own love of golf developed there. I have vivid memories of playing the original 9 hole course and witnessing the establishment of the second nine back in the mid sixties. I consider Balmoral to be my home course even though I live 1000 miles away. Over the years I have played many fine courses, including several in the top 100, but Balmoral will always be my favorite.
