Oakwood Golf Course

Dissapointed in the restaurant because the reviews were fairly good. Maybe it was a one time occurrence, but we waited a very long time for our food. The two different burgers we ordered were both very dry and bland. The onion rings tasted like gross fish from the grease form the fryer I am guessing. It was not busy when we got there and putt in our order, but became busy later on. Some tables got their food well before us including a larger tables that got there 20 minutes after we ordered. The place is kinda dark and dreary. Waitress was very nice. I won't be back.

The dinner special was tasty and filling: fried Waleye and shrimp with Cole slaw and hamburger with onion rings. All things were fresh and delicious. The staff was on top of it as we got excellent service and everyone was really friendly and nice. Go early for lunch, or you may not get in there until supper time!

What a great place to enjoy an evening with friends!! Got to help with the 1st annual Smoakwood festival. Check it out next summer! Between now and then, just give the great food and staff a chance.

Can’t speak about the food. We walked in and ordered Got a drink and salad ahead of dinner. Tick Tock about 45 minutes later apologized but they had a number takeouts-food coming soon . 15 more minutes and we needed to leave so asked for it to be set up to go. She thought food would be done . Nope 10 Minutes! We walked. Won’t be back.

A great 9-hole course. Good prices. Some greens had a few rough spots, but not too bad.

Food was good, huge portions! Beer was good, too. We had fun with pull-tabs (ended up ahead, woo!). Our server was awesome (sorry, I don't remember her name) but she sat and played dice with us too. Thanks!!

The cheese curds here are LEGIT. Better than the State Fair. I had the Reuben, since I’m on a quest to see which restaurant has the best one. The Reuben here is tied for first with Stanley’s of NE Minneapolis famous Reuben! Amazing. Also, great wait staff. My two kids also loved the macaroni baskets.

The food was delicious! Ellen was our server and she was very pleasant and checked on us often to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely going there again!

Good food, nice people, and golf.

Stopped in few weeks ago while they had meat raffle going & our table won 9 bundles of meat,along with 8 drink chips. We enjoyed the nice delicious meal & custmer service.

Nice place great food. Meat raffles full bar and complete menu. Friendly staff I would recommend this place. Good place to have a party just had a retirement party there.
