Beautiful course. Quite challenging. Gracious owners. For the past ten years they have welcomed our family and extended as a host for a memorial golf outing and always support the community for the cause. As others have said the course provides challenging holes and others that come as a welcome relief when needed. It is well maintained. The scenery is beautiful, especially in the fall. They continue to update and improve what they have.

Course was a dismal failure. There was more dirt than grass in the fairways and tee boxes. Pictures on the website do not reflect the current neglected conditions. Worst course I’ve played in last 25 years. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere, don’t be disappointed like we were.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Barker Brook is truly a hidden gem of Upstate NY. The course winds through beautiful rolling hills, offering both a challenge and some of the most scenic views you’ll find in the area. It’s especially a must-play in the early fall, when the colors make every hole even more stunning. The layout is fun and memorable, the staff is welcoming, and the overall experience is top-notch. If you’re looking for a course that combines natural beauty with great playability, Barker Brook should be on your list.

It's a great local course with friendly staff. Some holes are very challenging and can be fun or make you wish you never golfed in your entire life.

Front nine is not good. Very narrow fairways, wet areas, tough lies. Back none is more like a real golf course. Tough, but fair. Still have hit your spots, but you can be rewarded when you do. Kind of pricey for me.... $45, no senior rate.

Great course, hidden gem. Generous fairways, rough cut down, easy to find ball and playable. Greens fairly large and rolled quite nicely. Nice layout, overall fairly short but several par 3s are quite challenging. Surprised and impressed with the course. Staff was very accommodating. Definitely will make the road trip and play it again.

Course is not the easiest to find but well worth a visit. Nice layout and very fast greens.

Played FRONT 9 holes today.. Some of the Tee areas were reseeded, especially #5, trees and brush cut back to allow more sunshine to some fairways. I was impressed and think changes will greatly improve the Course for the future.
