In summary

Black Mountain Golf Club is praised for its stunning layout, well-maintained course conditions, and friendly, accommodating staff. The course offers a challenging yet enjoyable experience with scenic views, diverse wildlife, and strategic design elements like water hazards and bunkers. While the amenities, including the restaurant and pro shop, receive positive feedback, some visitors mention limited breakfast options and infrequent beverage cart service as areas for improvement.

The round of golf was great! Course was fun and in great shape. Course staff were friendly. Price for 18 and half cart was also reasonable. The proshop is well stocked. Bought a few things. The only negative.. my tee time was 10:20. I went up at 9 am to have breakfast first only to find out no menu until 11 and they only made breakfast sandwiches at 10. Only saw the beverage cart twice. Half way down 8 then again on 18. If this issue resolved it would be 5 star. Either way, I will come back!!

The course is very nice and was in great condition. As a Swiss tourist, I booked the Tee time by SMS, very easy. There are many animals on the course which is very nice, marmots are fluffy. The restaurant is also very tasty and everybody was kind and helpful, rented club were also in great condition. I could play alone and my wife came with me on the cart. Thank you for this wonderful memory of my first course in Canada.

Spectacular setting for this course with unlimited views and undulating hills amidst a well designed course. Definitely a challenge as you enjoy the views! Great service overall.

The Black Mountain Golf Course is a fairly new and notable addition to the Kelowna golf scene, showcasing a wonderful design by Graham Cooke & Wayne Carleton. Weaving through a narrow valley, the course presents a thoughtful challenge for golfers of all skill levels. The layout is defined by its strategic use of hazards. Water and a significant number of bunkers come into play on virtually every hole, demanding careful shot placement. While the fairways are generally generous, they are also well-bunkered, forcing players to think strategically off the tee. The greens are on the larger side wi…

Black Mountain Golf Club – A Must-Play in Kelowna! Had an incredible round at Black Mountain Golf Club and can’t say enough good things about it. The layout is absolutely stunning — every hole offers something unique, but the signature island green steals the show. It's a thrilling challenge and one of the most memorable shots in the Okanagan. The course was in excellent condition, and the beautiful Kelowna weather just made the experience even better. Rolling fairways, elevation changes, and panoramic views throughout the round made it feel like a true mountain golf adventure. On top of th…

We played at Black Mountain last week after playing at The Harvest and Okanagan Bear. We paid only $95 and the view is so beautiful and the course is maintained very well . It was so much fun to play at this course . The price goes up the next day to $135 , still very reasonable compared with Okanagan bear that we paid $170 the day before and was not as much fun as this one . Definitely will come back again .

Beautiful mountain course. Very nice staff, even the random couple we got paired with from Sacramento was very nice. He was 85 and she was 81. Very spry and still decent golfers, great to see!

Drive by the turn-off to the golf course for years now. Finally decided to go there and check it out! Wow 👏🏼 a very nice place! We sat out on the patio overlooking the course. Our meal portions were on the larger side so you can share if you want. We definitely will be going back there. Thank you black mountain golf course for such a great meal. keep smiling😁

NOBODY sees my amazing 5 star reviews for yrs or cares! ): WHY! Makes reviewing not worth it. I am editing now as of July 30/25 and with a big suggestion please...(putting 3 stars to gain any sort of half decent response but BM is still 5 stars to me!) Have supported here since 2009! I moved to Kelowna in 2008. WHY hire only super young gals only! ??? And one other guy who is also so super young! They are just interested in getting tips and my being around a ton and dining a ton, I know and see it. The "phony baloney Tony's" I just know! There is yes a super fine line between just working fo…

Came out from Calgary last week to play Black Mountain. I must say it was a fantastic experience from the time we got there to the time we left. The staff was accommodating and put us with a member. He helped us out alot as it was our first time out here. The service for lunch was top notched. I will be back

Beautifully scenic course on the edge of Kelowna. The first nine is significantly more difficult than the back, highlighted by the fifth hole’s island green. Greens are in great shape and run true to reads.
