In summary

Boulder Ridge Golf Club is appreciated for its well-maintained greens, friendly staff, and reasonable pricing, making it a popular choice for both beginners and seasoned golfers. The 9-hole course offers a quick, enjoyable round with a driving range that many find appealing. However, some visitors have experienced issues with customer service, particularly around tee time bookings and pace of play, which may affect the overall experience for larger groups or less experienced golfers.

For a 9-hole (very inexpensive!!) public course, not bad at all! Tee boxes are in fair condition, fairways are fine and the greens were surprisingly pure (given the course). I played first thing in the morning on a weekday - plenty of availability! Only thing I wish they had was a way to book tee times online!

I'm extremely disappointed in this golf course as I had called on Monday July 14th around 1pm and talked to an employee about making a tee time for today, Sun July 20th 5pm. When speaking with her I told her that I would have 8-10 golfers that don't have a lot of experience and was looking for a reservation. She then told me that Sundays are slow and around 5pm we would have no problem getting a tee time. In turn advising me not to book a tee time and I would have no issue walking in with a party of 8. Fast forward to today. We drive up and it is busier then heck. I walk into the pro shop and…

Not a bad 9 hole course. The tee boxes are sandy and if it hasn’t rained in a few days, placing your tee can be a challenge. First hole is right up against the driving range, don’t shoot a yellow ball on the first hole. Other than that, it’s worth a stop. You can finish a round in about 75 minutes if in a pair or solo.

If I could give this course 0 stars I would. Came here with 3 girlfriends, and were treated like trash. Two of our friends don’t golf much, but we all paid for 9 holes and let faster groups play through. On the 6th hole we had an employee walk out to come tell us we need to play quicker, while she then followed us on foot to the next hole to make sure we played quicker. We ended up skipping the last couple holes even though we paid for 9. If you’re more of a beginner golfer looking to golf for fun, do not come here. Especially if you’re women. Cannot convey the disrespect we felt as women golf…

My favorite course in St. Cloud. Friendly staff, well-maintained course, away from town. Also, the wildlife on the course is fun to see!

Golfed today with my son. My wife and his girlfriend rode along and did not golf. He got there early and paid for four not realizing he did not have to pay for the two non-golfers. After we finished we went into the clubhouse and ask nicely for a refund for the 2 ridealongs which the manager refused. She did offer a rain check which we are unable to use since we do not live in the area. Very poor managerial/Customer Service policy and will not be back. It’s a beginners golf course, would not recommend.

It's a great spot for a quick 9 holes! The prices are decent, a little over $20 generally, but it's pretty challenging course for beginners like myself, but everyone that I've met there is very accepting and polite. I'm not a great golfer, but It's been great learning on this course!

Best place to shoot a round in St. Cloud for the value. Great management, and fair prices on everything. They have a great manager of the club (Jack) that will even fix your clubs if you happen to break them. Will also add better grips and work with you for what you want, all fair prices! Can’t think of a better spot to have a beer and play some golf in the area.

Best 9 hole course in the area! They keep the greens very neat and offer some mildly challenging holes, which make this a great course for all skill levels. The driving range is one of my favorites in the area for sure.

Not the nicest course in MN but it's still well kept and fun. The course is quick and very reasonably priced. Nice driving range. Excellent and friendly service.
