Braemar Country Club

Only two courses were available during my visit. The US Open Course was generous and forgiving, making for a relaxed round. In contrast, the Western Course offered a more challenging layout with beautiful scenic views. Navigating the cart paths was a bit steep and tricky, but still manageable. Overall, it was a great experience and I look forward to playing again.

Beautiful course but no one's GPS worked because the course was recently revamped. That might have been ok but they're are absolutely no yardage markers anywhere. Total guessing game not just yardage but location of next hole also. Cart path forks everywhere and no signs. I guess ok for members but not for public outing like we had there. Super slow greens too, wasn't expecting that. Overall very frustrating day guessing yardage and hole location all day.... maybe add a map on the scorecard?!?

I used to be a member of this club. The gym is mediocre at best ( think LA fitness not Equinox) with limited number of cardio equipment and weights which are old. To use the gym you need to sign in on a paper sign in sheet, very 1960s!!!! After being a member for 3 months I asked to cancel my membership but found out there is a $500 penalty for canceling prior to 12 months of membership which was conveniently not disclosed to me on the day I joined this place and it's hidden in the fine print of the membership contract!!!!! The tennis courts are not maintained well and most of them have cracks…

This was a great spot with an amazing golf course. I was there for a charity event and the food was great, customer service was excellent and the overall layout was awesome. The course is pretty challenging & you can use golf carts. The event came with breakfast, lunch and dinner. Excellent time, at an excellent venue.

HIGHLY recommend joining this club. All the staff here is amazing and the grounds are very well kept. Tennis courts especially.

Repackaged from the terrible Braemar Country Club. This place is mediocre at best. Service to facilities are very poorly kept. The golf course took forever to get redone in the past five years, constant non stop renovations, trust me, its a great business tactic to lure in new members at extravagant prices to recapture all the profit and then they won’t give a dam if you have anything to say! They never did and never will care what you have to input as a member here. Believe me i went down that route, hopefully can help you avoid going down this same frustrating experience. The Braemer Country Club, on Reseda Blvd, along the rolling hills in Tarzana is just perfect. As well a great golf club it offers great food and just perfect atmosphere. Of course as a golf club it has full member facilities including golf, tennis, swimming, dining (breakfast, lunch and dinner), fitness, basketball and even a kids club where you can leave them to join in on fun activities including, games, arts and crafts, and even movies, while you enjoy the clubhouse facilities. Great club! They have a brand new gym with thoughtful instructors. The tennis membership gives you access to ~20 courts + pickle ball courts and clinics. The tennis staff is kind and helpful. Also, The Xsocial is worth every penny! #happyMember

I had a private event for my son’s first birthday. I was so happy with the outcome from start to finish. Event coordinators went above and beyond. Venue & food was excellent.
