The amenities in this neighborhood are fantastic along with all the family oriented events throughout the year. Resort style pool, tons of pickleball and tennis courts, and a nice golf course with a clubhouse/restaurant. Family friendly and golf cart friendly neighborhood with 2,500+ homes. For it being a 25+ year old community, you can see some areas where upgrades are being made which is nice. Great neighborhood to raise a family in.

Too few golf carts (72), too many parties and other events that took away from our tournament, felt like the bald headed step children. Hubby played a two day tournament here, 120.00 a day, no carts for us to ride along watch with so we walked (that was lively) was told come back later for cart, asked for cart in the turn and was greeted by a lively woman who...never mind. Next day on 8 called the cafe and it was closed (2:59) closes at 3:00. BS. We had it in our contract to have food available until all were in, they remedied that on our second day but only after I had to go Karen on them, ye…

The best experience I've ever had at a pool. This place is worth every cent. Not only did it have different water depths for kids and adults, it also had a beautiful waterfall, clean floors, clean lounging areas, food available, snacks, and most of all lifeguards on duty. The staff was amazing and so kind. I wish there were more pools like this in Georgia.

Beautiful course in pristine condition. Learned some painful lessons my first time out, so I'm excited to get back and play through again. Lots of fairways where a small miss off the fairway and you're OB. But there are a few where the fairway opens up and you can really crank one. Also that island green... 😱 (See picture) Loved the greens. Really receptive to sticking my approach shots and they rolled true. I'll be back!

I can really only speak to the pool and playground. The pool is pretty awesome - it's nice that they have a tiki bar on the weekends. My only gripes for the pool is that it needs more umbrellas and the bathrooms have been gross when I've used them. Some signage showing what all the lifeguard whistles mean would also be helpful. The playground looks like it would be a lot of fun with all the equipment, but there are several things that are either broken or in desperate need of some TLC. The sand is also in really bad shape. I have been absolutely disgusted with uncovered sandy areas ever sinc…

Played today starting at 9:24 and finished around 1:30. The course was in good shape, well maintained but the greens definitely had some wear on them. It’s been a while since I’ve played on bentgrass greens, so it was fun to repair pitch marks and watch the ball zip more than Bermuda greens. The staff was friendly and I had a good time - nice experience overall.

$95 for sandy aerated greens and hardpan fairways on a week day. When I booked over the phone the pro shop gentleman told me the greens were in fantastic shape. Even the cart boy said after our round “crazy they charged y’all so much for these bad conditions”

Could be a really nice course. Needs some money put into the tee boxes and greens. Overall like the layout, however there are a TON of blind tee shots. Golf carts should have GPS but need to enable them to be able to see carts ahead of you. This would solve a lot of problems and issues. I do really like this course and will be back. Hopefully conditions improve a fraction.

I had 5* in the past, but they just responded to it and it made me realize how unbelievably bad my last round there was. Bad greens. Bad fairways. $105 round for a $40 course (at the time). Might be better now but was in awful condition earlier this year

Great track! Cart staff greeted us and took our bags to cart. The starter asked us what time our tee time was. The pro shop was very nice also. Even though the greens were punched, they still rolled good. The tee boxes and fairways are in great condition. Make sure you look at the GPS on your cart. There are some holes that get tight and you shouldn't hit driver. Can't wait to play again!!

What a beautiful place!!! Antonio, pickle ball coach and owner of DAB pickleball is amazing. He is spot on when adjusting mistakes and quick to offer suggestions for improvement. He is patient and also encouraging. By far the best PB coach I have experienced. I should also say how great his support staff is. Genuine talent, friendliness/helpful. Recommend them for all levels of players. Keep up the great work.
