Brookfield Country Club

Brookfield Golf Club is a fantastic course, and I couldn’t be more excited to become a member for the new season! The course is always in great condition, with beautiful fairways and challenging holes that keep every round interesting. The staff are friendly, professional, and truly make you feel welcome. Whether you’re a seasoned golfer or just starting out, Brookfield offers a great experience for everyone. The clubhouse is also a great place to relax after a game. Highly recommend this gem to anyone in the area—it’s easily one of the best courses around!

Golf course is good, but the staff need to do better. When we first got there they were letting a group of 5 go out in front of us.we were only a group of 2. On our back 9 we ran into a group of 7 kids who were best friends with members of the staff. They would not let us pass and would just sit mid fairway just talking and joking around. Staff stopped to talk to them multiple times sometimes in the middle of the fairway, but never told them to let us pass. Course is very basic. Most holes feel the same. Been in the super league for 2 years but this was my last season. Number one reason for the 1 star review is due to one of the starters. Lady, 50+, short hair, unsure of the name, but she has to be the rudest starter/marshal I have ever come across in all my years of public golf. Yelling at players to come in when there’s still 30+ minutes of sunlight. Yelling at players for not checking in either prior to heading to the tee. Huge power trip every time. $100 round to play off tee boxes that are more chewed up than a poorly maintained driving range, Rockway & Doon are half the price and in better shape, may as well just go to Grey Silo for $100. Played here a few times, never seen the tee boxes in such poor condition Also heads up, proshop items rang up for higher than the prices they were marked

League here was great 2022 team Franky, Brittany, Gavin, Alice, Andrew and so many more workers you're all awesome. Looking forward to 2023 league. Fun course good combination of 3,4,5 par holes.

I played Brookfield three times this year (3rd time was only because I had a rain cheque), and had a poor experience each time, and here's why: - Most importantly, all 3 times I or one my playing partners was almost hit by a shot from the people behind us! That is dangerous! Golfers need to wait until the person/group is beyond the range of their next shot before hitting - this is basic golf safety! Have I had this happen at other courses? Attended the “9 and Dine” this evening. Wow, great night out! The course was in fine shape. The golf was great. The course was busy with nine and diners, but moved well. The food was great! We had spaghetti and meatballs. Great 3 course spread! Well done Brookfield! Will do our best to attend the next one!

The course has gotten better over the past couple years, and most of the staff is lovely. Today however the starter raised his voice against me, a paying customer, for asking if I could use one of the more comfortable carts that the club has recently acquired. This is something that literally every other starter there has been able to accommodate. This same starter sent the group behind us out 2 minutes after he sent us out, which was a few minutes before our scheduled tee time, so right out of the gate we were backed up and it was 1000% on the starter. Came here on a last minute and they had a booking open, so me and my group took it. Nice course with big wide open fairways, course is well kept as well and well fit for walking with ease. For the price at a public course I would have expected something a bit more, but definitely not a bad choice for a fun and enjoyable game!

We will never play this course or any other GolfNorth course again. We booked a foursome and one of our players came down with food poisoning in the morning and couldn't make the round. We notified the pro shop of the situation. They ended up charging us for the 4th who was sick even though we informed the pro shop. Adding on to this the course was overly packed with tight tee times and we constantly waited at every tee box and got hit into multiple times due it being so backed up. Gold course was great, specially for me as a beginner. the pricing was reasonable, and the carts worked great. During our time there we did not feel rushed, everyone was very kind and helpful. Not an overly difficult course, very forgiving and recommended for those getting started in the gold scene.

Worst course I’ve ever played and I’m still on the 12th hole. Extremely unorganized, you’ll be waiting on every tee box, 5 hour round. Holes are so close we’ve literally been hit by a ball.
