In summary

Cedar Creek Golf is praised for its well-maintained course, enjoyable layout, and reasonable pricing, making it a popular choice for both locals and visitors. The course has seen significant improvements in recent years, especially in terms of greens and amenities like GPS-equipped carts. However, some visitors have noted issues with the cart paths and inconsistent greens, and there are mixed reviews about the staff, particularly the golf pro, which could impact the overall experience for some players.

I’ve been playing here for the last 15ish years on and off, and right now course is in the best shape it’s ever been, by far. In the last 2 years it has gotten significantly better. I asked in the pro shop and they said there’s a new maintenance guy, and I think he is doing a great job. From what I remember this course would struggle significantly with hot weather and the greens would get burned in the later months of summer. The new maintenance guy and the new updates they put in appear to be working well to keep the greens healthy during the summer. Greens run well and are fairly consistent…

First time visiting Woodward. Me and my friend were really impressed by the course. A couple of greens were a little worse then the rest but most were really nice. $40 for cart and green fees weekdays can't really be beat. Good value.

Nice course. Great Club House and staff. A little tight but fun. Good shots are rewarded. Poor shots are penalized. Nice that it doesn't run you over $100 for 18 holes.

After over a half dozen pleasant visits together (we called the first few times to make certain) me and Biscuit were rudely interrupted in the middle of our round today only to be informed NO DOGS ALLOWED! This person had apparently "never seen us before" and had an axe to grind. He made more of a racket in his cart careening towards us (it as a 90 degree rule which he didn't heed) than the paws on this little mutt could ever make. We decided to end our round and get a refund. We'd always been welcomed by other staff and patrons alike. Until today. Maybe it's more than their dog policy as to w…

First time visiting this Course. I read the reviews, and was looking for some clashing. One of the best Course I've played for the price. I heard everyone talked about Jeremy the golf pro, and me being black i was looking for the Bull Crap. Totally opposite. He was very helpful, because running late for our tee times. He said we was good. Definitely will be back. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars, because of the Cart paths.

Saw previous reviews about the staff being rude and about the cart paths being awful. Younger guy at the pro shop was very friendly and the cart paths were rough in some spots but overall not bad enough for me to really even care about. Fairways and greens were in great shape and the all but 1 of the tee boxes were as well. Will play here again.

The cart paths have been worked on. They are much better. New carts have been added. They have GPS units. One neat feature is that they welcome you by name on the GPS units when you start the round. Just a nice touch. The rate has gone up from$44 to $46. The course is in good shape.

Finally had a chance to place Woodward today. I love the layout and the fairways and greens were in great shape. Can’t wait to carry some friends back to play a round.

For the end of March the fairways were in great shape. Great little course I'll be back to play again.

Well, I read quite a few reviews before coming here. We did enjoy the course, but the cart paths are trash. It needs some TLC. Second, I completely disregarded what people said about the golf Pro but unfortunately my husband stopped to ask him a question and he was rude. This course is clearly looking for new members, but I do agree with the other reviews. If you want more members or revenue, get a new PRO... I have no desire to make this golf course our families may course, I can look past the cart paths that need serious management, but my son is taking golf lessons and I have no desire to d…

We are from Kansas City and had a great time playing spring golf here! Vickie in the Grill is amazing! If we are ever in town again, we would play here again. Thanks for a great time!
