Cedar Valley Golf Course

My Dad , M.L. Langston bought this course many years ago built the clubhouse and redesigned it. I have not seen it in 18 years, the course is in the best shape and condition that I’ve ever seen. The new owners have taken it to a level that my deceased father could only dream of. I wish it was closer to play and enjoy what hard work and dedication has been put into it. Chuck Butler has done an excellent job with the grounds on this course. The putting greens are always adequately cut as well as the fairways. I should also mention the turf is mostly weed free from what I saw.

Old school setting golf course. Some snobby golfers may not enjoy because there are no tee times and limited carts. However, price is fair, and holes are challenging with several holes set-up for scoring. Best little short par 3 hole on the back nine around. Easy but hard all in one! Great place to bring along someone learning the game as well as skilled golfers who just like to golf and not be bothered by a bunch of drunks trying to turn a golf outing into a night club lol!

This golf course is ran by some top notch guys. Everyone is always very friendly and they encourage youth golf. My son is on the middle school golf team and they help setup matches for them. Great course and staff!

My Daughter and I play here as often as we can. It is the home course for her Middle School golf team. It's a beautiful course that isn't too strenuous to get around. I definitely recommend this course to anyone in the area looking to play a relaxing round.

It’s a tough course. Little confusing if you’re not familiar with the track. Staff is nice. Bathrooms need some improvements. Carts are good. As the course itself fairways and greens are ok.. not great but all in all it’s ok.

I like the course… but I called and asked if they had any openings and I was driving from Carrollton. They told me they had 8 carts left and if I came on and got one we would be good. I drive there with my son and they then inform me if I could come back in two hours it would be wide open cause they were having a tournament right now. Common sense is a super power.

I've played here many times over the years, and it's always been a terribly maintained course. However, that's all changed! Since buying it in late 2016, it looks like the new owner is putting a TON of money into it! There are nicely mowed fairways, thicker rough, and well maintained greens. Also, there has been a lot of renovation of the landscape as well. It's going to look even better by next year (I think they said a new pro shop is in the works). My dad and I played this past weekend and the owner was out there on his cart individually welcoming all the golfers. Seems like he's in it for…

Played Cedar Valley at twilight $25. Very nice course for the price. Felt like a $50 course. Going through renovations and will be even better next year! The ground is just a touch hard but definitely not enough to deter a golfer. Will golf here again!

Great bunch of guys enjoy playing in tues. Scrambles. Some holes are very challenging. And that's what makes it a better than average course. Golf Pro very nice guy. Course well maintained.

This golf course is great for seniors that don't hit the ball long anymore. They have various tee boxes to choose from. The course is well maintained and fun to play.
