Chapel Hill Golf Course

Played in middle of May 2025. What a piece of property! The layout is awesome, and certainly benefits from the terrain. There’s elevation changes, tree lined holes, water holes, and tall grass. The course was a little wet from all the rain, so it played a little differently than I imagine it normally does. The front 9 is more difficult, especially 7-9. 7 and 8 were dead into a fierce wind when I played it - made it very tough! The back 9 has some very scoreable holes, and some great views. Nice layout. Fairly well maintained. Great value for the money! The employees were friendly and helpful. The restroom was clean and nicely decorated. One golf cart could use maintenance to the breaks. The cart path could use some maintenance in certain spots. It is a REALLY FUN course to view from the passenger seat. They have a little bridge that goes over a creek. They have storm shelters in case of rain. I enjoyed the afternoon. Thanks for a nice visit!!!

Great golf course! We played here with a GolfNow reservation and received a great rate for an 8:22 am tee time. The staff are wonderful and accommodating. The course is in beautiful shape with greens that are a little quick but that roll true. Very challenging and imaginative layout. Very new golf carts with great GPS with GolfLogix greens reading tools included. A great course tucked away in a near-secret location. You must visit this very Veteran friendly golf course!

Course was in great condition (great doesn't do it justice - it was literally immaculate) and the folks in the clubhouse were great.

Course is in very good shape! First snagged a hot deal through golf now for a Thursday play for 46 for two 18 with cart. GPS golf cart is always a huge plus but then from the start the course management on Ensuring groups and players are ready at the tees and are starting at a good pace is always nice. The course is in very good shape. Tee boxes were nice, fairways across every hole was lush and green with a nice balance of grass depth. I loved this golf course. It was such a fun layout, and everything was in great shape. I will definitely be going back to this place again!

This place is absolutely a hidden gem! The pics on the website do not do it justice. From the staff that was just absolutely amazing to the course its self. I'll be back and we drove over a hr to play it. Any golfer will love this. Its got challenges for all skill levels. Can't say enough. Would give it 10 stars if I cld.

Staff was rude. Before we even teed off starter told us we needed to keep pace because he didn't want a back up. The course was over crowded with too many people. We were waiting on every hole and playing as a scramble. I think they book tee times closer than they should to make more money. The course is hard and they should book tee times like a harder course. Then in the clubhouse at the turn we went in to get food and the staff said we didn't have time and needed to get back on the course. Then proceeded to wait on 10. Great pro shop and the golf course is a value laden gem. Almost always breezy, the prevailing wind starts the course difficult, but there are plenty of get healthy holes. Be ready for 7-9 and then enjoy a snack bar pit stop and a back nine experience like no other in Knox County. Always fun... A must play
