In summary

Chatham Seaside Links is frequently praised for its well-maintained greens, friendly and accommodating staff, and scenic location near the ocean, making it an enjoyable and affordable option for golfers of all levels. The course's short, hilly layout offers a good mix of challenges, especially with its narrow fairways and small greens. Some visitors mention issues with mosquitoes and blind tee shots, which can affect pace of play and overall experience.

A short but well maintained course that offers a few challenges for experienced golfers, but is approachable for beginners. Overall it was in good shape and the greens were well cared for. It’s hard to beat the price to play, even with a cart, which is why it gets 5 stars. It’s certainly walkable, but surprisingly hilly, so on a warm summer day the cart was worth it. Only complaint is that on several of the par 4s, you’re hitting blind into the fairway, so we got driven into multiple times. Not sure the solution here, but was a bit unnerving.

Fantastic 9 hole course. The greens have been improved and are rolling great. Keep it in between the tree lines off the tee on the first 5 holes and out of the long links style grass on on 6 thru 9. If your short game is good you can score a nice low score here.

Very well-kept course. Staff in the clubhouse and the Starters were all super friendly. Someone in our group forgot a club on a green, and the staff managed to bring it up to us on the next hole. Tee times book fast, so make sure to book early.

Mosquitoes were quite numerous and aggressive, affecting our pace of play. The ranger felt the need to speak with our group about keeping up even though we were 1 min/hole off pace. They should treat for the Mosquitoes before they address minor pace of play issues imo. Otherwise not a bad course.

Really fun 9 hole course! It is situated in town and it offers some nice views of the water, houses, the church. You can hear the church bell ringing throughout your round which is fun. The holes have a lot of variety so although it is a short course it is challenging especially with the very small greens. There are a number of blind tee shots so when you play for the first time it makes things a bit more challenging because you don't have the sight lines. I know I would have picked a different line on my opening tee shot! Good price for a course in Chatham. Great for all levels and I would 10…

Excellent golf course for beginners and kids. Easy to walk. Very reasonable rates, especially for the Cape. Still challenging for myself and I have a 6 handicap. Fun little course. Superintendent Kenny does an excellent job keeping the course in great shape!

What a treasure! Do not miss this course - we spent 7 glorious days playing the Chatham Seaside Links and each day was a treat. An excellent track for a father and son - a challenging layout, easy to walk, a tremendous value and greens that rival that of some of the best private courses. The staff is very friendly - make sure to see Bob - there is no one better.

Great 9 hole course next to the beautiful Chatham Bars Inn. The course only has water views from the 7th hole and 8th tee, but is right near the ocean and experiences gusts of wind off the water in the afternoon. Greens are in great shape and are fast (2017). For a short 9 hole, the ups and downs of the hills make it a challenge. Fairways are fairly narrow but well manicured. Be prepared to find your ball on the adjoining fairway if you have even a slight slice. Friendly staff who were very helpful with my membership. Say hi to Bob in the Pro Shop and Bob the starter.
