This course was absolutely beautiful! It was a fast 9. The greens are definitely slow but it was a great day and game! We will definitely be returning!

Nice course and very pretty. The only problem i had was the greens were a little rough. In their defense they were repairing them but it takes time for growth.

I love this golf course so much. But over the last 4 or 5 years course conditions have plummeted to non playable zero consistenity. In green speeds each one you putt on is different then the last or the next. That is if there is any grass on them at all. It's so poorly managed that they can't even get the tee markers on the correct tees or in the correct order one hole gold in behind silver. Then 3 holes in a row silver is behind gold then they flip again. It's ridiculous. And I'll end it with 5 pin positions on this final chance round I gave the course I love were completely un playable if yo…

My husband left a $200 dollar speaker on the counter when he was leaving. A worker named Cindy called him to let him know it was there. When he went back, they couldn’t find it and whoever the guy working was put a box of lost items on the counter and said “take your pick” as if people don’t take things that don’t belong to them. Was told the girl who had originally found it and called him would not be there until Monday. Called Monday and still, no speaker. Then was told “you lost it” and clearly did not care. Considering he was a frequent golfer there, it’s an absolute SHAME how they handled…

I generally don’t write reviews for courses because I usually don’t have bad experiences. This course shouldn’t be open period. Every single green was dead, and the fairways weren’t any better. The layout is beautiful and can be made into a top course, but until that happens I won’t be back. If you’re in this area, pay the extra money and play Sandy Pines in Demotte.

Great design, would love to see it in better shape, but the same could be said about me. One of my favs to golf in NWI.

Chesapeake Run: A Most Noble Course Review Attend thine ears to my tale, fair reader, Of a course most green, where I did lately tread
With club in hand and hope within mine heart. The fairways rolled like gentle hills in dreams,The greens, smooth as a minstrel's melody, Did tempt my putter with their siren charm. The bunkers, treacherous as serpent’s coils,Lay in wait for errant strokes and prideful swings—
Yet even there, did I find noble trial. That stirred the soul and honed the hand anew. The staff, like kindly lords and gentle dames,Did greet me with a smile both warm and true;
Their…

First time playing there. Awesome course, lots of elevation, and nice open fairways. Very well kept course. The staff was awesome. Will definitely be playing there again.

$70 for 2 people with a cart... no restrooms in working order on the course... cart pathes were impassable... whole course was "unkept" meaning not clean, full of debris and sand traps were a mess. (Nothing short of a goat ranch) They couldn't even keep tee times in order. Groups were on top of each other. Horrible experience.

Great little gem!! Beautiful course. Greens were a bit slow but rolled nicely. VERY reasonable rates!! The greens had a lot of divots that went unrepaired, which is a shame, but it's difficult to teach courtesy, not a reflection of the owners or ground crew as they do a great job. Keep up the good work! PS- New or like new gas carts are a plus.

Great course. Fairways were solid. Rough was a bit patchy and the sand was meh. The layout played nice. Wasn’t too crowded for a holiday weekend. Would return!

Guys golf trip plays this course every year and I came here to say that the greens in Oct 2023 looked great. No issues, back to how the course was a few years ago. A few of the tee boxes could use some repair, but otherwise the course is looking fine. Friendly staff and the price is fantastic. Yes you can play Sandy Pines or Aberdeen which are nicer but this course is well worth a visit.
