Chimera Golf Club

This course is in good shape but keep an eye on these things. A number of holes you need to be teeing off left to have a good angle to the green, elevated greens so maybe take an extra club. Greens are good but a little slow but I don't think they could more because of cold.

Great course. My wife and I played 18 holes. Very friendly and helpful pro shop and starter. Beautiful views of the desert, strip, and local community. It was 105 degrees though and we didn’t see any on course water or beverage carts. Would definitely play here again.

I haven’t played this course in a few years, but it’s still as good as I remember. They hosted our small group and everything was perfect and seamless. Course conditions were excellent and the greens were a little on the slow side which helped our group who weren’t looking for tour pace. One of our foursomes lagged behind a bit and the Marshalls were courteous to let us know to keep up to group in front. I’ve played Chimera Golf Club well over a dozen times now, and it continues to impress every single round. This is easily one of the most consistently enjoyable golf experiences in the Las Vegas area. First off, the pace of play here is excellent. Whether it’s a busy day or not, rounds always move at a reasonable pace—honestly, often faster than expected compared to other local courses. That alone keeps me coming back. A gorgeous day weather-wise! The course is in great shape. Wonderful views regularly! The seven minute tee times are an issue.We were backed up constantly. As if this wasn't annoying enough, the golf cart gps screen continually chirped at us to speed up! In between 2 holes on the back nine, a staff guy was parked in a cart simply to tell us to pick up the pace. We would have loved to, but, could not. The beverage cart purchasers slowed things up even more. We're tourists and it will be a long while before we return. Maybe by then the management will consider 8 minute tee times. I chose not to…

We are from Chicago and loved playing in Vegas at Chimera Golf Club. The course was absolutely beautiful, challenging, fun and such a good time! Cannot wait to go back. Their restaurant Slice19 was also outstanding!

Very nice golf course. Fairways and greens were in good condition. However, it took 2 hours to play 4 holes... we ended up getting in front of two other groups, which sped us up some, but we were still waiting. Finished 14 holes from 1pm to 530. The last 3 holes were played mostly in the dark.

What an amazing course. This was my first time playing here. I come to Vegas to golf and this place is top notch. Greens and course conditions are kept in great shape. Chimera was a wonderful course. I'm new to the course and from the moment I arrived I was treated great. The staff was very pleasant, professional and courteous. I had questions since it was the first time I was there and they were all answered promptly. The course is in great shape, loved it. The rates are super reasonable for a course in this area and in such great condition. I will definitely be back.

Pretty views friendly pro shop. Decent greens and tee box. I have 3 stars because they didn’t have carts available until just after tee time, then cart ran out of juice of 12. Guys in front were slow waiting 5-10 min for most holes after 4. Ranger was friendly but didn’t solve the issue. Tip: make it 10 min increments!!! People are more likely to return when they have fun

Fun course. Seemed a bit overpriced and played slow, but the course is very approachable. Not spectacular, but a fun layout with some nice views. The course was in good shape and my buddies and I enjoyed the setup. The food/beverage staff and restaurant were also great and my steak salad was a great way to polish off a round. All around, we really enjoyed it here.

I am an out of town player last time I will ever play. This year and last year changed our confirmed tee time to accommodate a group outing. No offer of compensation for making my group from Minneapolis wait through 4 groups from tournament. No reasoning with starters that we should be. Compensated for the poor customer service. Missed dinner plans due to long wait at tee box
