In summary

Royal Links Golf Club is widely praised for its unique layout, reminiscent of classic UK links courses, and its challenging design featuring numerous bunkers. The staff receives high marks for their friendliness and service, and the clubhouse and amenities are noted as enjoyable. While some visitors mention occasional maintenance issues like bumpy greens and the absence of GPS on carts, the overall experience is considered fun and worthwhile, especially for those who appreciate a links-style challenge.

Great course, clubhouse, and service! I had such a fun round and experience. I was able to find a good deal online for about $80 on a cool Saturday morning in January. They spread out the groups far enough which made the 4.5 hour round that much more enjoyable, especially for first times who need a little extra time figuring out club choice, reading the green, and time to search for your ball.

Hit 'em 2x during the COVID and a 112 degree weekend...still managed to have a great time! If you're a fan of UK golf then don't hesitate, and if you're not then fair to say this track will still be fun and a challenge -- beware the pothole bunkers. Plenty of room to rip drives, and each hole is fun as a remix of famous Open holes across the pond. Shout out to the folks in and around the pro shop and bar for being great with tee times and restaurant flexibility. Looking forward to playing again during peak season when things are tip-top. Oh yeah, the clubhouse and bar are in a damn castle 😉

What a lot of fun this course was. But as the Starter told us, Stay out of the bunkers! They are a score killer... The staff couldn't be nicer and welcoming and the pace of play was excellent for our foursome. We had lunch after in the clubhouse and our wraps and wings were excellent with great service as well.

Super fun course. Lots of great creativity and history. Staff was fun and welcoming. Some may say not in good shape. But I would vouch for the authenticity and say they get it right.

Such a fun refreshing place to play golf in the middle of Las Vegas. A neat throwback to classic English Links golf. I wish I had more time to spend at the clubhouse. Saw a coyote. Pot bunkers 100+. Great golf course. Fun nifty place. No GPS on carts. A few greens bumpy. Greenwich bunkers need more sand Hardpan. But id like to play again. .

What a great idea. I got to play some pretty icon European open Holes without traveling to Europe during Covid. Such a great way to spend a morning. Price wasn’t bad either!

Great course with a lot of challenges. Can play really tough with some wind. I would suggest buying a yardage book to help with your round, as a lot of bunkers aren't visible from the tees. And i would say avoid these bunkers if you can. They are penal for sure. Very nice staff in the pro shop and restaurant, although they had no draft beer.

I loved this course!!! It was in fabulous shape. The folks there were very friendly (the pic is with staff, who are now my friends). It does feel like a kinder version of the links holes across the pond. But there are big fast true greens, lots of bunkers although most are avoidable if you pay attention.
