In summary

Cimarron Golf Course receives praise for its well-maintained grounds and friendly, helpful staff, providing a pleasant golfing experience with a course that is enjoyable yet offers some challenges. However, some visitors express dissatisfaction with the management and increasing lot rent, citing issues with amenities access and restrictive rules. Despite these concerns, many appreciate the community's upkeep and amenities included in the rent.

I get a kick out of all the complaining about the lot rent and what you get for the amount you pay. Also the constant complaints about management being greedy. We moved in about 8 months ago and have had no issues with management an we also new how much lot rent was when we moved here. With the high price of labor, upkeep, materials to maintain property and repairs along with free water, sewer, trash, free use of pool, community room, and golf course, I don't understand what the hell everyone who is itching about how much rent is. For what we pay for lot rent per month is about the same cost t…

Where to even begin with this place, Do not move here unless it's an absolute last resort. Lot rent goes up every year for absolutely no reason. The staff of this place will treat you like you are nothing but the dirt under their feet. The "amenities" they seem so proud of are unusable, being either closed on days they say they will be open, or open during hours when everyone is at work. It seems they want to charge you more to live there, with increasingly stricter rules, and higher rent, every year, but less and less access to any of the actual amenities. They make it nearly impossible to…

It's a beautiful place to live, we moved in a year ago.. Awesome management! The property manager enforces the rules which make the community so beautiful. Lot rent includes water sewer, trash, and private parking. Lots have really big yards which my fur babies love. The people leaving bad reviews probably do not pay rent on time and get in trouble for breaking the rules. My mom just bought a new double wide going in and plans to move here to.

The actual park as a whole is nice. The management is a joke and would not recommend moving here. My wife and I moved here a month ago. We were unable to do the final walkthrough and trusted Jessica, the sales rep, to do the walk through. She failed to notice two somewhat serious issues. The outside spigot drips constantly which is a water loss, and there is an issue with the heating and AC unit. Both of these issues were noted from the previous tenants, which nobody in the office disclosed to us prior to signing paperwork. When I went in to tell them of these issues they beat around the bush…

Horrible place. Lot rent is up to $900+ now. No more street parking and visitors have to park in the office area. Parked my car in the street at 2am one day, woke up at 6am and my car was gone. I found out that the park manager called someone to tow my car saying how it was parked in between the orange sticks when it wasn’t even there just 4 hrs ago! Sheriff’s like to hang out around here to make sure you go 10 mph. We have to have parking permits. Sidewalks are trash and not stroller friendly. Lots of unleashed dogs here that almost always try to attack my leashed dog when we go out walking.…

Afternoon, I am a resident and love my new home, however there are alot of concerns these days, I guess it will all be addressed, hopefully sooner than later. Wonderful place to live, residents that have been here for years are great, however I am afraid some snakes have snuck in.....I'll be reaching out more, to keep our park beautiful but mostly safe.

As a homeowner I wouldn’t suggest this park. They just made it no on street park. Guess now have to park at the office parking lot and walk to your house or you have to drive to the lot and pick them up. Not a warm inviting family community. Lot rent is around $800 a month then add you house rent or mortgage to that. For The cost to live at Cimarron Park you could own your own house with just a mortgage.

I lived there years ago and my sister and brother in law lived there more recently. The lot rent was high then and it seems only going higher. How can a low income person afford 700 plus a month, a trailer payment and utilities? And with that much income the owners should have a very well maintained facility. I would hope lawn care care is now included since it is a rented space, but I bet it is not. I know it was not when we lived there. A security guard should also work there full time.

Over $800 a month just for lot rent, which gets you absolutely no amenities. Within the first 3 months you'll have violation notices plastered on your door. The staff is trained to tell you it's not their problem and to call the sherif for any problems. Rolling brown outs during the hot summer months, random water work leaving us without water, no notice. Just a bad place to live with bad management.

Lived there many years ago. They pretty much raised lot rent every year. I lived there about 10 years total and the lot rent doubled in that time yet I didn't get anything extra for it so why did the lot rent keep getting higher?? I can only imagine how high it is now and that doesn't include your electric, heat, house payment, etc...
