In summary

Creekside Golf Course is highly praised for its excellent course conditions, scenic layout, and friendly, accommodating staff. The club offers a range of amenities, including a driving range open to the public, a well-regarded restaurant, and a pool, which are appreciated by both members and visitors. While the food and atmosphere receive positive feedback, some diners have experienced slow service and occasional unfriendly staff interactions.

Through the years Creekside has had it's ups and downs in terms of ownership, maintenance, etc. In the last few years, with the addition of Danny Moore, Creekside has become a go to club for Salem. The course, the staff, the food, everything is fantastic. The greens are the best they've ever been. Creekside is a great place for every level of golfer and their families.

Private course in good condition. Variety of holes with hidden trouble if you're unfamiliar. Played here as a practice round for a tournament. Smallish greens.

On vaca needed to hit some balls. Hit this place up, it’s a private club but driving range open to public. The staff was so friendly, I really enjoyed my time. I would have stayed longer if it didn’t start rain.

We use the pool since a family member has a Creekside membership. This year they have changed how the pool operates, not requiring reservations, which is nice. We went on afternoon and had the pool mostly to ourselves. My kids love the pool and usually get a hotdogs after swimming but the concession stand closed, likely because there were not many present. That's totally acceptable and understandable. We really enjoy the pool and appreciate being able to use it.

We held our Golf Tournament at Creekside (6/30/23) and from the moment we arrived Danny, Woody and staff made every effort to make sure we had everything necessary to put on the best event possible. The servers and support staff were the best! Honestly everything from the catered meal to the beautiful golf course was a 10+.

I was invited to play with a friend today. The first time I had ever been there. It is a beautiful course! Very challenging back nine (for me). I made sure to check out the bar , and ordered some aiming juice... AKA, Bloody Mary. It seemed to help, lol. Overall it was a very friendly staff, and a beautiful course, and a full-service Bar and Restaurant.

Consistently good food at Danny’s on the Green. We enjoy sitting by the wall of windows watching the action outside.

I would've given 5 stars if not for our sour waiter left over from Danny's on the Green (Craig?). We literally cringed when we realized we were stuck with him again. No friendliness, must have asked half a dozen times if we were ready to order -- had already said we'd flag him when ready. Not helpful, didn't volunteer specials, no chitchat, just a Downer in an otherwise beautiful setting.

We shared salads after a movie date, and the food was good. I had the grilled romaine, grilled brusselsprout, and steak salad. She had the quinoa and salmon salad. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere let itself to quiet conversation. I would definitely go back.
