In summary

Diamond Run Golf Club is praised for its well-maintained course, scenic views, and challenging layout, with recent renovations enhancing the clubhouse and overall experience. The staff is frequently noted for being welcoming and professional, contributing to a positive atmosphere. However, some concerns have been raised about the high cost of membership, deferred maintenance on cart paths, and occasional issues with event hosting and course layout.

Amazing golf club, Course is on perfect condition, staff is respectful and supportive. has been under renovation the last past months, i can’t wait until that multimillion dollars renovation is complete. Complete turnover of the main level, new bar area and dining are. New pergola roof on the exterior patio. Spectacular views from the patio

The course has some good bones. But over the years, the course had deteriorated overall, despite a massive dues increase two years ago. I originally wrote a pretty bad review of the course a couple years ago because the rough was a weed patch, the bunkers were in desperate need of repair, the tees were worn out due to overuse, difficulty scheduling tee times, and beat up cart paths. Within the last year, the rough has been treated with herbicide using a drone flying several feet above the ground, and the weeds have significantly decreased. The attached photos show how bad the weeds had become…

Enjoyed an intro round today, definitely look forward to finding myself here playing more rounds in the future, definitely one of the nicest courses if played all year.

Not a club member, but I’ve had the chance to visit Diamond Run a few times as a guest — and wow. One of the nicest clubhouses I’ve seen, and the recent renovations make it even more impressive. The staff is always welcoming and professional. As a novice golfer, the course is definitely a challenge for me, but it’s absolutely stunning. What a special place. Highly recommend.

When I joined in 2020 it was fantastic with a great golf course and very reasonably priced. With a turnover in management and now about double the price, there has been a lack of urgency and transparency on deferred maintenance around the property. For the price, I would expect a full country club experience, not just a golf course. The greens are really well kept and always lightning fast which is what keeps this from being a one star review. When the 20 year old cart paths that are more stone, potholes and puddles than actual asphalt are repaved, the bunkers are rebuilt and brought up to a p…

Poor host for the Jr PGA event. If you are asking to be the host course, you need to be more accommodating to the Jr PGA and the participants involved. No water on the course (95'F today). Employees were not friendly. The front door was locked while some needed to access the bathrooms and water statiion. Very little cart availability. No employee in the pro shop. This was our third year (Treesdale and Willowbrook) and this was the most poorly run of all of them. This was not only my personal opinion but I overheard several others with similar complaints. Lastly, the course is not well laid o…

One of the finest courses in the area, if not the finest. The fairways are immaculate and the greens are extremely fast. Great people here as well that makes it all that much better.

Great private course in the Pittsburgh area. Challenging but still gives you the chance to score well.

We have played at a few TPC golf courses. I would say that diamond run is as challenging as others we have played.
